In all, we have revisited NDBH&Spa 3 times. From the moment we are met at the airport and driven to the hotel in style, the warm welcome at the Palace Club and throughout the whole hotel (from maintenance crew to senior staff), room service, meals, accommodation - any request at all, they will endeavour to make it a memorable stay. It has: a traditional style of decor with plenty of historical references sprinkled around, set in lush, landscaped gardens (lovely swimming pools as well) right on a spotless stretch of beach, with service available direct to your sunbed if you prefer. It's an ideal place to unwind and we are looking forward to going back for another break in the future.

Rooms need of maintenance and were outdated which was disappointing. Shower floor was extremely slippery, wood rotten, paint flakey, water marks on the roof, poor lighting, poor tv reception. I think it was poor that you charged for bike hire.

Check-in at the Club Lounge was an absolute breeze and set the tone for an incredible stay at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. We were assisted by Anik, whose service was fast, welcoming, and highly professional. As an Accor Gold member, Anik kindly checked for an upgrade for us. While a suite wasn't available on our check-in day, she remembered our request and proactively upgraded us from a Club Room to a Club Suite later in our stay—a true testament to her remarkable attention to detail.
The Club Lounge benefits were truly outstanding. Breakfasts were peaceful and amazing, providing the perfect start to each day. The afternoon tea was another highlight, largely due to the scones, which were easily among the best I have ever had. Cocktail hours were consistently fun, but our first night was particularly special. The hotel hosted a management cocktail hour in the garden under the stars, complete with a live performance. The beef satay served that evening was absolutely unforgettable.
Beyond the food and lounge, the hotel itself is impeccable. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did a phenomenal job throughout our stay. The grounds are immaculately clean, and I found myself surprisingly entertained by the ducks, peacocks, and peahens roaming the property.
Overall, this was a super enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and want to specifically commend the incredibly well-trained staff who left such a positive impression on us. Special thanks to Shermon, Rasini, and Angus for being so genuinely friendly and inviting. We are already looking forward to coming back and staying again soon!

This was a family 10 day holiday for my niece and myself. This is truly amazing place to stay. The staff are very attentive. We had an issue with the room that we were initially given and this was changed by the following day. The replacement room met our needs. I gave it 9/10 it lost a point because the plug in the room had a drain smell. This was evident in the mornings. It didn't spoil our enjoyment of the facilities. We got our own disinfectant to put down the drain, which helped.
The hotel is worth everyone of its five stars. It is immaculately clean. The breakfast was a joy. There is something for everyone. The staff in the dinning area were very attentive.
We had bed and breakfast. There are many beautiful restaurants on the resort. The food is exceptional and worth trying as many as you can as we did.
The pool area is large and not crowed. The only problem is getting a sun lounger
Next to pool. Saying that the beach is very close and there are plenty of sun beds. NUSA dua area is luxurious and safe. I would return if possible without question and definitely recommend.

Only problem is the rooms had a mouldy smell and upon further inspection found mould all over the timber walls. Black mould.

Terrific Hotel, set in lovely gardens. The staff, all through the hotel were courteous, friendly and always smiling. The food was very good especially breakfast. We had an issue with noisy neighbours on our second evening but this was swiftly dealt with. Ths is our third visit her. We see a marked improvement since Accor took over. Overall we had an amzing stay

My husband is disabled and we did not get an accrsssible room - therefore getting onto the toilet and general seating was extremely difficult boardering on dangerous
