I took the family and grandkids there. The little ones loved it. Kid's Club was fantastic and the pool was set up very well for them. It really is a family hotel so be aware of that. Location around feels very safe and it's an easy taxi ride to other spots nearby if you want to venture out.

It's a comfortable sleep and nice rooms. Good pool. Good location. Friendly staff. Terrible breakfast. Cold bacon cold rosti. Coffee tastes instant and is cold. It's just really bad. We would stay again but refuse the breakfast and go eat locally. You really have an opportunity to improve here. Get it up to standard and people talk and it'll benefit in your favour. It's an easy fix.

Amazing staff nothing was too much for anyone, the room was clean and all the facilities lived up to the expectations, it was nice to go all inclusive and actually order from a menu rather than seeing pigs in troughs where people just become greedy, there was plenty of choice and the drinks were amazing. From the moment we arrived, our experience at Movenpick was uniquely excellent. The design and decor made my family feel calm and relaxed, and the friendly staff were accommodating and more than helpful.
The masterpiece of Movenpick is the pool area. It is such a lovely area complete with splash pads, swim up bar, beached areas and plenty of space to sun tan and relax.
Our room was clean and modern. The only drawback was the noise from the live entertainment most nights, as our room faced the shops outside of the Movenpick. This was manageable as the music would usually stop around 9pm. Even with 2 young kids, this was largely fine.
The kids club was a fantastic area for our children to unwind. The restaurant was immaculate. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were of high quality.

Had an issue with my room which was attended to promptly. Mr Christna the front desk duty manager was very helpful in ensuring I remain satisfied and went over and above for it. Enjoyed the stay. Love the hotel, the Mexican rooftop restaurant was a great place for dinner and afternoon drinks with good view.
I had all inclusive package and was well worth it. Poolside food was good and drinks were great. I travelled with my 7 year old who enjoyed the pool and the kids JetSki rides. Will definitely return next year.

From very start to finish it was an amazing experience.
All staff encountered were so polite and friendly and they all looked like they were genuinely happy to be there which speaks volumes.
Kids absolutely loved the place and all the facilities too and had so much fun.
