Normally I really enjoy my stay which is why I booked with you again but the service definitely doesn’t as not up to par this time. Everything was excellent. But there’s room for improvement for house keeping staff. Sometimes the towels will be missing. Sometimes vacuum will not be done.

On our last night, he surprised us with the sweetest little heart made from towels on the bed — such a simple yet incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our final evening even more special. 🤍 And a heartfelt thank you to Khalid, the restaurant manager, whose warmth and hospitality stood out. The hotel is very well located and conveniently attached to a mall ( would recommend for families with kids ) It is also close to Al Rigga food street, the metro station, and other transportation options, which are available 24 hours. All the team members were very helpful and welcoming, starting right from the doorman. I was particularly impressed with their honesty and assistance when I accidentally left some of my belongings in the room and only realized it after returning home. My friend contacted the hotel, and the staff simply requested an email authorization before handing over my belongings to him. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a very convenient location with friendly, helpful, and trustworthy staff. I would be happy to stay here again

My stay at Swissotel was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and excellent service throughout. The very handsome restaurant manager during breakfast was always friendly and professional, made me always look forward to breakfast every morning. The concierge team was always helpful, and the housekeeping staff were very professional and friendly. Front desk were also nice. My only small dissappiontment was a room change promise made to place me closer to my sister who checked in on the same day in a different room category, that wasn’t fulfilled. A little more follow through would have made the experience perfect. He didn’t need to promise if it wasn’t possible.

We had 16 hours layover in Dubai & walk in to this hotel. Mehran assisted us and provided the best service. The room is big and the breakfast was good and a lot of options. Big rooms comfortably fit our small family with two kids.

I’ve enforced to stay due to flight delays. I was immediately put ease by the hosting staff and the hotels facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurants was served with real care.

Good evening the in-room beverage and packaged refreshment should be complimentary, however the hotel treats them as an additional charge. We would appreciate it if management could consider this approach. Aside from this, the rest of our staywas wonderful.

Have stayed before. Very comfortable room. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Good wide-ranging breakfast. A bit tricky getting into and out of the bath/shower - would benefit from a small handrail.
