The overall experience was disappointing. The food quality was not satisfactory, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The room size was also quite small. The billing/invoice was particularly confusing: for my 3-night booking, the first night was billed with 5% GST, while the second and third nights were charged 18% GST. I raised the issue with the manager, but it was not resolved satisfactorily. I expected better service and proper billing from ibis Thane.

On 10 September’26 at dinner, one waiter insisted to pay at the table. I told to pay at the time of check out which I usually do and had done in this hotel earlier and two days back too. I asked to call Manager, Then another waiter came and introduced himself as Asst Manager ( Looking pseudo Asst Manager). He said since you have not deposited minimum amount, you have to pay the moment. I asked to show rules and regulations of the hotel. He said he doesn’t have a copy but he let me go this time. It was shocking and unacceptable. The Administration should take action as per its rules and regulations. However, I appreciate Shridhar,Harsh and Lucky chef for their service and quality.
