This was my third time within the hotel and couldn’t fault it. I have stayed in many hotels through this app however this is by far the best. The location is great, tidy and well presented, and modern. But what really makes this hotel is the staff that work in it, I’ve never met such friendly hotel workers! I can’t for the life of me remember this name however I have spoke to him on previous stays. He was working the night of the 19th of September around 22:00 on the front desk and he is an absolute gem! Deserves so much recognition for his role within the hotel.

A really nice hotel, which deserves higher than its 3 star status. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. Great location for the O2 via the tube just over the road. Bar and dinning area is a bit small and gets busy. Breakfast was excellent with everything thing you need to start your day, but very over crowded, which is a minus from us. All in all a fantastic experience, highly recommended Hotel.
