However, we are sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We completely understand how concerning the electrical issue in your original apartment must have been, particularly while travelling with your baby. Our team moved you to another apartment as soon as possible for your comfort and safety, and we apologise for the disruption this caused during the night. Regarding the accessible apartment initially allocated, these apartments form part of our available room inventory and may be allocated to any guest when required. Nevertheless, we understand that this was not your preference and regret that an alternative was not immediately available. As an aparthotel designed particularly for longer stays, Adagio operates differently from a traditional hotel. Our housekeeping service and frequency, as well as additional towel changes and late check-out, follow the Adagio service structure, with certain additional services available at an extra charge. We are sorry if these arrangements were not sufficiently clear prior to or during your stay. We have also taken note of your comments regarding breakfast, particularly the variety and availability of items.
