The "upgrade* could not be accepted as it did not have single beds. A wait resulted whilst another room was prepared. On one night, after being dropped at the entry gate by taxi, there was a wait of half an hour for the shuttle. The room was very spartan. No shuttle service to town on Mondays and Tuesdays. I, or my family, would not stay there again. Below the usual Accor standard.

Beautiful location, staff were friendly, the shuttles were good. I hadn’t realised when I booked that I was away from my friends. Wasn’t obvious when booking. The rooms are very pretty basic for the price. I hated the pictures in the room. I have done the ghost tour, so that was a little unnerving. I couldn’t get the fan to switch off either.

Overall okay. The bathroom had mould on the ceilings, shower screen only covered 1/3 of the bathtub/shower area, so water went all over the place when showering. Husband took a towel off the rack and there was a bug underneath it on the wall. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just housekeeping and cleaners could do better.

Wonderful experience to stay for the wedding of our child. It was like arriving in another country, staff were always so nice and pleasant. The only downsides were some confusion over our dinner the night before and the shuttle buses ordering / waiting.
