When I checked in my ACCOR booking had been cancelled. This was not the fault of the hotel however, and a miscommunication - but the staff were excellent and helpful. On arrival to a room it smelled of cigarette smoke and didnt clear. In the morning I found a cigarette in the shower tat had been burning. I am unsure if the room had not been cleared or a staff member had smoked in an empty room. I advised housekeeping, and the manager however there didnt seem to be a issue made?

Hard to find, bloody difficult as a foreigner.. that construction out side was a killer.. actual hotel was fine staff were great.... limited food options though and didn't really feel safe going to look for other food offsite..at night.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly/helpful (shout out for Ouail). Housekeeping staff great. Hotel comfortable with good facilities. Great having a fridge in the room. Helpfully located near rail station. The area was not particularly nice especially at night and there is major construction work ongoing right outside the hotel. The gym was adequate although some free weights suitable for women would have been good to have and the running machine was out of order all week.

I asked one of the receptionists where to buy Belgian chocolate best. She was very helpful and advised me to get them at Leonidas.

The staff were lovely. The bed was hard and pillows to thin and soft. Fantastic selection of TV channels, with many in English. Very good sized room with a decent sized desk and a huge bathroom. The only downside is the filthy location, but once inside, close the curtains and it can't be seen. It's about a 20 min to the old town.

Very nice ,clean and modern hotel. Great location 10 minutes walk from Brussels Midi/Zuid train/metro station. 20 minutes walk from Grand place. Lots of Halal options near hotel on 10 minutes walk. The 2 young gentlemen at reception was very helpful great 👍🏼 customer services. There are major road works right outside the hotel which hides the hotel view otherwise location of hotel is very ideal for tourists. Luggage storage was available after we checked out until our flight which was after 6 hours gave us chance to explore more near by areas via metro. We did not had breakfast at hotel as we plans to eat breakfast outside.

I booked a room here because they advertised private parking. Upon arrival I was asked to pay 30 euros per day. My car is 1.8 m high but could not fit in the 1.8 signed entrance. Road works at the front caused 40 minutes delay to arrival, no notification was given about this. Staff were rude and argumentative and refused to refund my stay when it emerged that my parking was going to cost around 400 euro for my stay. I have limited mobility and need my car nearby. Extremely disappointed

The bad stuff: The area was horrible, the parking garage was not to be found, the spa was the dirtiest I have ever seen with stalkers and people who looked like Only Fans Creators taking pictures. There was an old cigarette butt in my room. The good stuff: The room itself was totally fine, the breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly.
