I really enjoyed my stay! The housekeeping team was fantastic, they frequently cleaned my room and made the bed. Customer service was efficient, fast, and very accommodating. A special shout out to the reception and security team, especially Bahaa, who patiently waited for us and assisted with weighing and handling our luggage. However, there are a few areas for improvement. During my stay, my room suddenly lost power entirely, and because the room phone wasn't working, I had to walk down to reception to report it. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly called maintenance, and it was fixed within a few minutes. Additionally, the room did not provide slippers, toiletries, or shampoo, so I had to buy my own and request basic toiletries separately. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but adding these essentials would make a big difference.

The staff were excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Their service was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. However, the room condition was below the standard I would expect from a hotel in Dubai. The carpet was visibly worn and the room felt quite dated and tired. The bathroom was also very small and basic compared with the average hotel standards in Dubai. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but the rooms and bathrooms would benefit from renovation and modernization to bring the hotel up to the expected Dubai standard.

The bathroom sink faucet was too close to the sink, which made it very difficult to wash your hands. Also, there was no face towel provided. The baby cot was not practical at all. It was small and too high, making it very difficult to put the baby in or take the baby out safely. The breakfast options were also very repetitive, and many of the dishes were spicy and more suited to East Asian tastes. They did not cater well to a variety of preferences.
