I was the host of the event, but could not have made such a successful evening without the help of Federica. She was so helpful in organising the necessary details from the menu to the seating plan and name labels, as well as the general lay-out of the evening programme. Many of the attendees were impressed with how the Novotel put on this event.

I’m an All Accor Member and have stayed many times now in this hotel. It was lovely to receive a little welcome plate of goodies and note to reflect loyalty to this hotel in York. Reception Staff are friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have a bit more space around reception at busy times as it’s also the seating for the bar area. The room we had seemed newer than previous ones too which was very nice.

Comfortable stay, clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed, so had a good sleep. Would be nice to have bin and sink in toilet room because it is separate from bathroom. Overall it was a very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend it and come back.

We had a mostly excellent stay. The first room we were allocated was at the back of the hotel where a cooler fan could be heard disturbing our sleep when the window was open. The reception staff were very helpful and found us another room for the remainder of our stay.

Absolutely amazing experience and staff very friendly and both us too much trouble. Nice clean spacious and relaxed place. Lovely lay out. Went for a surprise trip for my other half’s 60th birthday and let me tell you. It did not disappoint he was also impressed. Our first time of staying at the Novotel and would definitely stay again! About eight minutes walk to the town centre too! Barrier carpark as well.
