As it says on the tin (ibis budget). Hotel well located to city centre, very affordable. Room comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were more than adequate and room was clean. Breakfast was a bit basic, but as expected and more than enough to start the day.

The hotel room great, comfortable. The location is amazing for me as it's right in the centre of where I needed to be plus ive stayed here a few times before. Only was someone kept knocking on my door at 2am and running off, when I looked through the peephole in the door no one was there.

Check in smooth & simple with friendly staff...hotel shabby and run down but clean enough and did the job for a 1 night stay...location is walking distance from city centre but not a nice part of town to walk alone ...pricey for a run down hotel but again was clean and does the job with good Staff....wouldn't stay here again personally

Awful furniture & decor, which appeared to be lifted straight from a primary school! Stayed at Holiday Inn Nottingham in prime location for £58 for fully equipped luxury, the weekend before. This was close to twice the price for a tiny box with the sink and shower next to the bed, a toilet resembling an outhouse, which we opened expecting a wardrobe. Hangers on a wall turned out to be the wardrobe facility, and as for anywhere to work on, the tiny shelf with a plastic childrens box seat was barely wide enough for my wallet! A TV in a security box that belonged in a prison cell and air-conditioning which wasn't, as it was only on if the hotel deemed it a requirement between certain temperatures they dictate. No tea/coffee facility in room, but could be paid for from a machine if working, in the reception, if you could be bothered with the travel from the 8th floor! For pre paid breakfast ... well.. Rock hard and cold food, an orange juice machine that produced water and a broken coffee machine. I used the recommended pre check in service to end up taking just as long to check in at the desk anyway as the staff member struggled to locate a very basic English surname!

Hotel was basic but clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a simple buffet but filling and good value compared to other hotels in the area. There is a pub with food that shares the ground floor of the hotel building. Very handy if it is raining or you just want a simple meal or drink without having to search the area. Minor criticisms: The shower was warm but not hot enough for me. The room TV was very small and in the corner furthest from the bed, making it difficult to read the programme guide.

This hotel is close to the city centre, so great if you want to walk around. There's a bar next door and a Nisa right behind the building. Room: tiny, but clean and quiet. Reception staff: great. Breakfast: VERY simple food (especially on a weekday), awful coffee. Lobby: colourful and enjoyable in the evening. Parking: not by the hotel, but only 5-minute walk

“The other reviews were quite accurate. The hotel is very basic, though the bed itself was comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning switched off around midnight and I woke up very hot and sweaty. I tried adjusting it, but it seems to be centrally controlled. I wasn’t able to cool the room down properly, which made for an uncomfortable night. This hasn’t been my experience in other Ibis hotels. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful.”

Lovely compact room, nice accommodating staff. I love the fact that you have plenty of dairy free milk alternatives, as well as vegan cruelty free toiletries. My only criticism is that around midnight , whilst I was trying to sleep, I had to listen to an intermittent noise for about an hour. It sounded like a tumble dryer or washing machine going off - really annoying and frustrating. I was exhausted the following day.

The hotel is in great location with reasonable price in Leeds city centre. The service is very good, bed is comfortable, breakfast is fine (lovely orange juice!) and helpful staff. Only missed is a kettle and a cup in the room. It's understandable as the hotel is 'budget' but wish there's access to have hot water somewhere (there might be if asked to the reception but not stated hotel information in the room). I'll be happy to use the hotel again with my own flask and a cup.

A very nice hotel that had everything I needed. Only stayed for the one night to see a concert but it was a very nice hotel. Managed to check in a bit earlier too which was nice so I wasn't rushing to go straight out. I'd certainly look to stay here again.
