I have only 4 positives things to tell about this hotel : a good location, a comfortable bed, a nice breakfast and friendly employees. Unfortunately, everything else is not what I've been expected. It was already 2nd stay in this hotel and I've chosen it because it's so near to Accor Arena in Paris. But the room that we've got was awful. First of all it needs a renovation. And a big one! The bathroom is so tired. In the morning we didn't have a hot water. The toilet is so old that has stains that do not go off with a cleaning. In the shower I found some hair. The bed, how I said, was confortable but duvet cover had big holes on it. And the grey color on the walls makes you feel like you're in kind of prison.

Efficient, satisfactory service. Would have liked a desk in the room. Wifi handshaking worked for one device, not for another. Room was hotter than I would like, ventilation did not help, window only could open a tiny bit and was also not of help.

I stay in Ibis Styles hotels regularly and sadly the premises here are tired and tatty in comparison. The room was dirty, badly decorated, with stains and what looked like mould, rust, or who knows what in the bathroom. Nowhere to sit other than the bed, and an open closet which is just a partition and a hanger. I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is well located, very close to a metro station, with a few eateries close by and only 10 min walk from Gare de Lyon. It is also clean and quiet, the beds comfy and the staff friendly and helpful. Only minus was the shower, impossible to regulate the water temp, going from scalding hot to cold no matter what the setting was.

Location is great If you go to Accor arena. The hotel is ole and little bit dusty. Breakfast is poor. Every dishes are dirty and broke. Pieces were missing from the glasses. Dangerous, you could even split your lip.stains and dirt on every dish. Is it time to get a new dishwasher? The great thing was that we got to the room in good time

The only good thing was that it was near the location of the venue where we needed to go. Otherwise the hygiene was bad. The bad sheets smelled horrible. The hotel in general smelled bad. The breakfast was quite poor and the staff were really rude, telling us to get up and clean the tables (even if it’s their policy, they should explain it in a respectful way).

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was close to the metro and offered speedy access to the city. The hotel was a little tired, attention to small details such as removing "grubby towels" before they were put out would have improved the stay.

Great location with excellent transport links, making it easy to explore central Paris and beyond. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The overall room was fine and no complaints about cleaning. The bathroom structure for sure needs improvement for me to come back. The shower does not stay up, the toilet is ugly and the water does not maintain a steady temperature.

Your hotel is exactly what one would expect from a budget hotel. The quality of a hotel depends on its staff, and in this regard, you failed completely. On our final day, just as my partner and I were preparing to leave for home, my partner’s crossbody bag was stolen in the breakfast room. We were seated at the far end of the room; for a brief moment, we both stepped away from the table, and the bag was stolen—either by another guest or by a member of your staff. We reported the incident immediately and were told by one of your employees that there was surveillance footage of the room. The dining room manager I spoke to was extremely dismissive and rude; I then contacted the reception, who reached out to someone else. That person arrived after a while, asked us to wait, and gave the impression that they would check the surveillance footage. We waited a long time, but that person never returned. Eventually, we had to leave to catch our flight, and we informed the reception. We were left with the impression that you simply let us wait until we had to leave so that you could be rid of the problem. The bag contained a passport, an iPhone, credit cards, keys, and other items. Your staff failed completely.I have also reported the incident to Hotels.com.
