The stay was professional, the hotel was clean, rooms were well stocked with the usual amenities. The rear sitting area was under construction as told of why the door was blocked from accessing it. Outside of that, this is my second time staying at a Pullman Hotel in Paris and will do so again.

The internal structure, lobby and so on, is weird combining strange stuff like checkin desk, pingpong tables, well... it's a bit odd. One of my towels was quite dirty... quality inspection clearly failed. But overall the bed was extremely comfortable and the towels are sooo soft when clean.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at the Pullman Bercy. The hotel is in an excellent location a stones throw from the metro and adjacent to the lovely Bercy Village with it's plethora of shops and restaurants. The staff were so welcoming. Would highly recommend this hotel

I had two reservations back to back which led to a change of room supposedly to be on a room next to my sister who had a booking in the same hotel for the last 3 days. Then when o get my new key it turns out the staff gave me my sister’s key and cancelled hers. when that was rectified the next room’s window wasn’t closing properly. I finally had a room that worked but wasn’t even on the same floor as my sister - why all the changes when neither of us had asked?

Massively underwhelmed by this place, staff were 50/50 either wonderful or rude. While the hotel itself has a good overall product, the service delivery and responsiveness were lacking, especially after you tell a guest you will do something and then do not do it - it took three requests and two hours to reception to get some water that was not replenished during the clean. As a loyal Accor member, I expect a standard of service across the portfolio. Experiencing such a complete breakdown in basic communication and problem resolution at a flagship brand like Pullman makes me question Accor as a whole.

Had a bad welcome experience. Of the 3-4 people at the reception, virtually everyone was new or not working there. Only the manager said he is a regular employee there. We got offered a room with strong smell of cigarette. Our room had a chipped bathtub and the room and bathroom did not feel clean. The reception did not offer us help with the luggage despite they helped a young couple without kids in front of us and despite we checked in online which promised us to save time as we were arriving late (22:00), the checkin process took well over 25 minutes. The person at the reception did not know how to operate the hotel system. My parents were offered a room that could not be sleeped in as the smell of smoke was making it sickening. The cleaning staff should not have let anyone stay in that room under these conditions. Disappointing stay and I would never stay again with this hotel. I will never recommend your hotel to any friends, I would actually caution everyone to spend their money there. The manager was not helpful at all, he simply explained the awful situation he was in with untrained staff, but this is not what I paid for. If someone at corporate is reading this, you all have a horrible staffing problem at this hotel that is putting a dent in your accor brand.
