Overall we were satisfied with the experience. The location was great, the building was well maintained and cleaned. The professionalism of the staff at the front desk was excellent. The negatives were the air conditioning in the room was below average. It took a long time for the room to cool and was not cooling properly during our stay. It was reported to the front desk and a maintenance staff had checked it out but nothing much could have been done. Cleaning staff could have bit more training regarding knocking and entering rooms. We did not have the sign left outside for cleaning but still the staff would just use their acess card and come in the room.

The location was absolutely perfect for our daily trips around Paris, our visit to Disneyland, and our concert at the ACCOR Arena! The staff were exceptional. Shannon at reception was an absolute angel and the bar staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay! The swimming pool was an added bonus, especially after a hot and tiring day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything in the hotel worked well. The staff were helpful and friendly and tolerated my attempts to speak french (I am British).

I stayed in the hotel with my son check in was smooth and efficient !! room was clean and the bed was very comfortable ...I requested twin beds in advance and was allocated with without any problems. Only slight let down was the breakfast it was a bit limited i prefer egg omelettes made on request, but i was stuck with scrabbled eggs as only choice to eat.
