I am very dissatisfied with my experience, especially with the way my reservation was handled before my arrival. I made my reservation through the Accor system. After making the booking, I sent several emails to the hotel because I wanted to make sure that everything was correct with my reservation and to receive confirmation that there were no issues. Unfortunately, despite sending several emails, I did not receive any response. Then, just one day before our arrival, I received a message stating that my reservation had been cancelled. I had never cancelled the reservation or requested any cancellation. This was extremely stressful for both me and my mother. We were preparing to travel to Paris, our flight was approaching, and suddenly, one day before arrival, we were informed that our accommodation had been cancelled without us doing anything. I immediately contacted the hotel again to explain that I had NOT cancelled my reservation. Only a few hours before our flight did I finally receive a response explaining that "the system works like this." I do not think this is acceptable. If your system sends a cancellation message to a guest who has not actually cancelled their reservation, this needs to be corrected. Guests should not be put under this kind of unnecessary stress, especially one day before an international trip. This situation caused completely unnecessary anxiety for me and my mother and seriously affected my impression of the hotel before we had even arrived. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Service was good and well located. However the room itself needed upgrading. Everything was very worn/used. Bathroom features including the toilet did not function well. No fitted sheet provided on the mattress just a sheet cover laid on top. Breakfast was basic.

The hotel is located near République, so the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly, and I could even watch the sunrise from my room. It was a lovely way to spend my last night in Paris and left me with a wonderful final memory of the city.

Well located, nice staff and good breakfast. However, the room was not very nice. Very small, no pictures or something that would make it comfortable. Bathroom very small. But worst of all was the air circulation in the room. Opening the window was no help and loud due to air conditioning and other machines in the light shaft. Air conditioner in the room faced the bed which is not nice when you sleep. Breakfast room in the basement had no air circulation at all. Humidity was very high, so it difficult to breathe.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Highly racommended for the position. The room was clean. The breakfast is pretty poor and the breakfast room is in a cave, which very uncomfortable and very warm in summer.

The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, but a little too small. The hotel was right next to the metro, but the neighbohood wasn’t especially accommodating. Not everything was available on the beakfast buffet.

We were initially put in a room on 6th floor with a very narrow spiral staircase leading to the bed area. Was dangerous. Blood stains on the carpet. Aircon didn’t appear to be working properly. We ere told there wasn’t another room to move us to that night but switched the next morning. Next room was ok but again carpets stained. Skirting boards were broken and wardens. The bathroom. Staff were not that helpful. Breakfast was basic and not the luxurious picture that was advertised in the room tv. Staff couldn’t keep up with replenishing the food. I’d avoid this hotel in the future

The hotel is basic but was good for 5 of us all in single rooms, and reasonably priced for Paris. The air con struggled a bit but would be fine in ‘normal’ heat, and unfortunately the lift went off which isn’t great when you are on the 4th floor. Staff did help with suitcases when asked. The reception staff were all v helpful.

We stayed in the hottest week of the year. The bedrooms were warm but I think that would have been the same in most hotels in Paris this week. I took a small rechargeable fan with me. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable we took the duvets off and just used the duvet covers to sleep under. I had seen on previous comments about the staff being unfriendly however we found this to be completely false. All the staff we dealt with were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh .as we were 6 ladies it was great to have single beds in the rooms. (This trip was booked by my husband for myself and friends)

Comfortable hotel in this lively area. Excellent bars and restaurants— easy walk through the Marais down to Notre Dame. Other than the lift not working one evening stay was as expected. Single room in the eves.
