The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room had slow shower drainage and the air conditioner made intermittent noises at night, disturbing sleep. The team kindly gave us a room upgrade. Though the AC noise problem still remained in the room. We appreciate all their efforts.

Constantly told by room service to go the bar and get stuff ourselves. Room was never cleaned no fresh toilet paper. Staff weren’t friendly I have stayed at Novotel almost everywhere around the world and Paris was the worse.

Ideally placed for the plenitude arena and transport links to central Paris . Single bed was very small and glasses in the room would have been nice . Steps in entrance H. are a challenge with luggage.

Amazing staff, special shoutout to Lina and Amira for setting a really high bar when it comes to hospitality. Hotel is located in a quite locality, away from the main city’s hussle and bussle. Well connected to most of the city via RER-A. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard. Would love to go back when I visit Paris next time around.

I explicitly agreed upon a 12:30 PM check-out time with your reception staff. Despite this clear agreement, your hotel staff proceeded to repeatedly knock on the door, actively tried to enter the room, and made relentless phone calls well before the agreed-upon time. To make matters infinitely worse, when confronted about this, the reception staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and entirely unapologetic. It was, without exaggeration, the worst reception experience we have ever encountered.

Hotel is an ideal location for getting around Paris but not being in the throng of things. Exterior didn’t look great but it hid an amazing interior, room was well equipped and nice bar / eating area.
