First of all I should mention the Customer service manager ( Mr……DENIZ , unfortunately I don‘t know the surname ), with whom I had a wonderful chat, then I received un upgrade to my Junior Suite into another level suite, making our stay unique and iconic. During our whole stay we were assisted with most attention and grace by all staff, including the housekeeper the restaurant staff, the bell boys, everybody, and that speaks volumes.

I had an excellent experience at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. The hotel is beautifully maintained, ideally located, and provides a very high standard of comfort and service. The staff were professional, courteous, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The quality of the facilities, cleanliness, and overall hospitality made my stay particularly enjoyable. I would gladly stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR again and highly recommend it.

I was expecting an amazing stay at your hotel but unfortunately your hotel disappointed me in ways that I did not expect. Firstly the family pool was closed for 2 days so we could not enjoy the pool facilities Secondly we were offered evening meals at the hotel to compensate the lack of pool facilities, which at the time we were looking forward to but unfortunately the buffet choices were extremely minimal so much so that we ended up having to eat elsewhere! This so called compensation was not worth it and totally unacceptable. Thirdly I have to say the service at breakfast time was also very poor. Your staff would take ages to approach us for any tea/coffee. When we eventually placed our orders for tea we would get our tea after we had eaten our breakfast! This was extremely frustrating as this happened throughout our entire stay at your hotel. Fourthly and this is also very concerning, we still have not received the deposit we paid upon check-in of £434.29. I was told upon checkout that the money would be deposited in my account straight away. We left your hotel on 15th August 2026, it is now 1st September 2026 and I still have not received my money. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service you have provided and I would like my complaints above to be escalated immediately. I will await your response.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. We had a lovely stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, which is in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay and went out of their way to assist us, especially with my father who uses a wheelchair. We had no issues at all and really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. The housekeeping team were lovely — always friendly, helpful and greeted us with a smile. The only downsides were that the hotel doesn’t have balconies, which would have been a nice addition, and for a 5-star hotel, I felt the breakfast was quite standard and could have had more variety. The walk to the breakfast area was also quite a trek, especially when using a wheelchair. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and the excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable.

Excellent location, with many places within walking distance. The room was nice overall, although at times it felt a little dated. I was unable to connect my device to the TV, and the curtains could not be fully closed, which was slightly annoying, especially at night. I contacted room service for help, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. The restaurants, breakfast, location, and swimming pool were all excellent and definitely some of the highlights of the hotel.
