I have stayed quite a few times now and have always been impressed. However was pretty disappointed this time round, the dishes were dirty, the room had no air and the TV didn't work properly. I was with my daughter who was ill and we had to watch a tv show together on my phone. The staff were not the most approachable either compared to previous stays. Beds were comfortable. Not sure I'd stay again though.

It's a really nice experience living in Adagio. I spent more than 2 months here and the room is great, the balcony is nice and my cat loves it. All the staffs are friendly and warm, especially Elena, she was so responsible and helpful for my stuff. Also the location is good, I can take 65 bus to go to Ealing Broadway, or another bus to the Brentford market place with many restaurants and groceries. Compared to the price of other London hotel, I think Adagio Brentford is really a good option.

Our three-night stay was very disappointing. On the first evening, we reported that the shower drain in our room was blocked and that the water was draining extremely slowly. We were told that no technician was available, so the issue could not be resolved that night and we eventually had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room did not improve our overall impression of the hotel. Both rooms showed obvious signs of wear and tear, with marked surfaces, tired furniture and a general lack of proper maintenance. The so-called “summer garden” running alongside the rooms was particularly poorly maintained. Rather than being a pleasant outdoor area, it simply looked neglected. The dirty windows added to that impression and reinforced the feeling that the property is not being looked after properly. Adagio may be a midscale brand, but that is no excuse for poor maintenance, visible deterioration and inadequate cleanliness. We paid around £460 for three nights, and the overall standard was nowhere near what we would expect for that price. The hotel is clearly in need of refurbishment and much stricter maintenance standards. Based on this experience, we are very unlikely to consider staying here again on a future trip to London.

What I liked most was the friendly staff! The room was okay, but the bathroom was rather disappointing. The lighting was extremely poor, the sink was very small, and the water pressure was terrible. Taking a shower took forever, and getting ready in the bathroom was basically impossible. The drain also constantly made noises, and unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t really clean either. I was given an accessible room, so there was no barrier around the shower, which meant that the water ended up everywhere. The room itself was also quite worn out. This was especially noticeable on the floor and the walls. On the positive side, the air conditioning was very good and the bed was quite comfortable and soft. The location had very good public transport connections, which was a big advantage. You could reach the bus and train within a few minutes, making it easy to get around. It took a little longer to get into the city centre, but overall, the location was very convenient.

We have booked here before so trusted to come here. The bathroom had an awful smell to it- housekeeping came to clean it again but the smell still lingered. Opening any of the bathroom water taps caused a loud noise to come from the boiler room and disrupted sleep whilst someone used the bathroom. In addition to this, no one answered the reception when we needed toilet roll and towels - I had to call Adiago head office to ring and ask the reception to do this.

Overall a good stay in London. Good location just outside the city, adequate and clean room. Great service from reception. Breakfast was mediocre and garbage area is in dire need of a cleaning.
