Very welcoming staff from the moment we were greeted by the doormen. They actually remembered us from 3+ years ago and said "welcome home". The front desk was efficient and kindly walked us to our room. The concierge staff was exceptional in securing our tickets to Paddington, the Musical as well as assistance with restaurant bookings and directions. The restaurant staff, and really everyone was so inviting with greeting and big smiles. Our room was very nice, clean and well looked after. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Savoy!

The staff in general were very welcoming both at the front desk and Concierge, doormen etc. Being greeted and nodded when you walk past every one gave me a smile each time. We have had a busy week and the Concierge was very helpful in shaping our week for us. I would like to thank the team especially Vaya and Zibi(?) , they were amazing. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience at Savoy.

Thank you both most amazing experience at the Savoy London. Both myself and my husband felt your personalised service and attention to detail really stood out. There was nothing we could fault with regard to the entire experience from checking in to checking out. We were made to feel like family, welcomed with warmth and the little touches you applied to the entire trip were magical.
We were particularly like to say thank you to ROB on the door, a true gentleman who excelled at building a rapport with guests. You can see he takes great pride in his job and wants to know about the people staying in the hotel. He was highlight of our trip. VLAD he looked after our luggage and was so welcoming on a trip to breakfast. He really cared about hospitality and the guests that were crossing the Reception floor. ELIGH who checked us in so warmly and nothing was too much trouble. We were so overwhelmed by the upgrade that we never actually got to say thank you to her, but she made it very special. It was also a joy to meet KATE on floor eight who was looking after the suites in an impeccable standard not only for high level of cleanliness but service shone throughout her personality and in her work. XAVIER in the galleries was an absolute joy to be looked after as well. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Your hotel is a pocket of peace away from busy London and within minutes of arrival you felt you were in your home away from home in the city.
This is our first day at The Savoy as we usually stay elsewhere in the city but have now reflected on our experience and The Savoy will be our choice when we’re in town. You have excelled on every level and we will always choose to come back.

This was our third stay at the Savoy. This time our suite had a magnificent view of the Thames and historic parts of the city. Day and night it was spectacular. The service was very personal and competent, all our wishes were granted without fuss. The meals were excellent, adapted to our personal restrictions and likes, in elegant surroundings at moderate background sound levels so conversation was possible. We entertained guests in our room and in the restaurants and American Bar - all were superb. We have already booked our next stay, and hopefully more to come.
