Very good service, Great staff, Food was very tasty, many activities to do. Overall a very fun experience

While checking in, only master-card was accepted, had to pay extra for payment through cash or visa card. Also while checking out, asked us to wait till house keeping checks the room, which is ok but they charged us for the low quality pair of slipper, which we lost on beach. Tip to staff, Hospitality is not just smiling and greeting guest, should also take good care of the guest.

Pullman Panwa is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the beach is calm and great for swimming (except in the morning when the tide is low). What I love most is the service. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Khun Nat for the warm welcome and to all the staff for taking such good care of us. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Everyone of the Team Members did an exceptional job to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I recently stayed at the Panwa Pullman to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The resort offers stunning views overlooking the ocean, and its location is convenient, with several restaurants, massage parlors, spas, and a 7-Eleven right outside. I highly recommend renting a bike or a car, as it makes getting around much easier—the drive to Old Town is only 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay, especially Nat and Fahsai at the front desk. Nat went above and beyond by recommending some excellent local spots for dining and sightseeing. Our recent stay at the resort in Pullman Phuket Panwa turned out to be one of those trips that stick with you. From the minute we got there to the moment we left, the staff delivered the kind of hospitality that feels both warm and truly professional—they just seemed to care. Now, there were a lot of highlights, but honestly, it was the people who made the biggest difference. Every team, from the front desk to housekeeping and beyond, kept up a level of service that was always welcoming and spot-on, with a real focus on guests. Airport Transfers We used the hotel’s airport pickup and drop-off service—and the whole thing went off without a hitch. When we landed at Phuket Airport, a hotel rep was waiting for us, just like they’d promised in their email. She helped us with our luggage and handed us off to the driver, who was as polite and friendly as you could hope for. We got bottled water for the ride, and the driver made sure we felt looked after the whole way to the hotel. Going back to the airport was just as smooth, even though Phuket traffic got pretty wild with some road diversions. Our driver stayed calm, worked out alternate routes, and made sure we got to the airport right on time. His driving skills really stood out. There’s just one small thing I think management could tweak: We got bottled water on the ride from the airport, but not for the trip back. Not a big deal, but little touches like that matter—they add up and shape how guests remember their stay. Consistency counts. Arrival and Check-In Check-in couldn’t have gone better. Even though we arrived late at night, the team greeted us with cold towels, welcome drinks, and a friendly attitude. They handled everything quickly and professionally. One huge surprise: the management upgraded my niece’s room to a Junior Suite with a stunning sea view. Both our rooms had sea views, actually, which made everything that little bit brighter. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. It made us feel genuinely valued. Front Office The front desk team deserves a real shout-out. I had to pop down to the desk a few times with different questions and requests, and each time, every staff member was polite, patient, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and handled things fast, paying attention to the small details. Check-out was just as smooth—quick, easy, and without any unnecessary waiting around. Rooms and Accommodation Our rooms were another reason the trip felt special. They were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with beautiful sea views that made waking up each morning a pleasure. The Junior Suite worked perfectly for families—the bunk beds were a great touch for the kids, and our rooms were placed right next to each other, making things easy for everyone. Beds were comfy, amenities well stocked, and everything worked the way it should. Housekeeping The housekeeping team clearly cared about their work. Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, amenities refreshed, and everything left tidy and in its place. They did a great job keeping the rooms feeling fresh throughout our stay. Gym and Fitness Centre The gym was clean, well maintained, and the equipment did the job for a good workout. The only thing I’d suggest for improvement: modern treadmills with built-in screens. In the evenings it gets pretty dark outside, so having something to watch—news, a show—would help pass the time and bring the gym up to date with where most five-star hotels are these days. Even without that, the gym worked just fine. Swimming Pools and Activities We tried out all three pools—each one was clean, nicely kept, and offered fantastic views over the beach and resort. Hanging by the pool felt relaxing and effortless. We also had a blast kayaking, which the resort offers as a complimentary activity. It made for some great family memories. The staff running the recreational facilities were always around, attentive, and happy to help, keeping everything organized and fun. Kids Club—The Big Winner If you’re traveling with children, the Kids Club is a must. Our kids loved it—they kept asking to go back and wanted to spend as much time as possible with the staff and on all those activities. The Kids Club staff were wonderful. They connected with the kids naturally, making sure everyone felt safe, happy, and excited to join in. The program was clearly designed for fun and learning, and as parents, it was great to see our kids so engaged and comfortable. Big thanks to the Kids Club team—you made the trip unforgettable for our family. Dining Experience The food was definitely another highlight. Between breakfast, Tamarind Restaurant, and the poolside dining, the standards were high across the board—every meal was tasty, and the service came with a smile. The breakfast team deserves special mention. They were energetic and attentive, and every day they remembered how I liked beetroot juice, making sure I always had it. That sort of personal touch makes you feel welcome—and it sticks with you. Special Dietary Requests We had a few special requests, both dietary and religious, especially for the kids. The chefs and culinary staff never made us feel awkward about it. On the contrary—they were open, friendly, and happy to adjust the menu for us. The poolside chef, in particular, really went above and beyond whenever we asked. Tamarind and the Poolside Restaurant Tamarind offers a fine Thai dining experience, and the atmosphere, food, and service all hit the mark. The poolside restaurant became our go-to for lunches and dinners—the staff were always attentive, approachable, and relaxed, making meals there a real pleasure. Muslim-Friendly Dining For Muslim travelers (and really, anyone with dietary requirements), this resort makes things easy. They offer clear halal options both in the restaurants and through room service, and the culinary team is more than willing to adjust menus for vegetarians, vegans, or other needs. Location The resort sits in one of Phuket’s quieter, more peaceful areas—Panwa—so you get a break from the main tourist hustle. The beachfront is lovely and private, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. It’s also handy having a 7-Eleven right across the road for quick shopping. In the evenings, you can mingle with locals along the seafront for a bit of genuine Phuket flavor. Excursions Beyond the Resort The hotel helped us arrange a few excursions, too. The recommendations were good, booking was easy, and everything went smoothly—so exploring outside the resort didn’t become a chore. Service Culture What hit home the most was just how consistently friendly and professional everyone was—from upper management down to the security staff who greeted us at the front gate. The security team made a great first impression, and it went on from there. This tells me the resort invests in training and leadership. The service culture is obvious in how the staff treats guests. I’d recommend this resort to families, couples, pet owners, and anyone with particular dietary needs. For Muslim travelers especially, the clear halal options and flexibility make it a standout choice. Hotels can have beautiful rooms and great amenities, but it’s always the people who make the difference. The team here deserves real credit. Thank you all so much for looking after us. Right from the moment we checked in, we were welcomed very warmly by the staff at the concierge and then at the reception. The accor plus membership got us a complimentary upgrade from a standard sea view room to a Junior Suite sea room, which we had booked under the “Red hot rooms” promotion. Our host Gail was very patient and explained all the services in a detailed yet concise manner. As for the location, the hotel has a 7-11, a couple of thai massage parlours and a pharmacy located right outside the entrance. If you prefer taking Bolt/Grab, cabbies are available again at the entrance with really short pick up times. Inside, the hotel lobby spreads into a bar with a great view of the beach. The breakfast buffet at Aqua restaurant had a good spread, the Edge Beach club had great cocktails. Most importantly, the crew has maintained the beach very well, which we learnt after making a quick trip to Ao Yon beach nearby. Located on the eastern side of the island, the area was very peaceful - exactly what we needed for our stay. Overall the hotel was very comfortable, the staff extremely hospitable and you’ll find them saying Swadikaa with a smile at every turn. Definitely recommended for families traveling with seniors or with kids. Thank you to the team for a great experience!

We stayed at three resorts during our Phuket trip, and Pullman Panwa was our favourite. Cape Panwa felt peaceful and sheltered during the rainy season, with plenty of good local restaurants and massage shops nearby. The hotel was beautifully designed, with spacious pools and a relaxing atmosphere. Service was warm and friendly without being overdone. Special thanks to Fasai for helping us with a small issue. We also enjoyed the yoga class with Fah, complimentary kayaking, and the daily breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Loved this resort. It was beautiful, awesome view of the pretty waters, great dining there as well restaurants right outside the establishment.

Best experience

I really like the hotel and the service. We came here for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, our room had a very strong damp smell. The staff tried to help us, but unfortunately, the solution was not enough to completely fix the problem. If you are planning to explore and travel around the island, you should know that the hotel’s location is quite far from most popular areas. There is only a shuttle service to Old Town, and there is no transportation provided to other areas. Therefore, you may need to pay quite a lot for transportation. However, if you are looking for a relaxing hotel holiday, the location can be perfect. Unlike areas such as Patong, which can be quite crowded and have rough waves, the sea here is calm, peaceful, and beautiful. The water goes out after around 4:00 PM and comes back in the morning, and you can enjoy swimming in the beautiful and calm sea. Regarding the food, as Turkish guests, we were honestly not completely satisfied with the variety. There were only a few international options, and overall, pizza seemed to be one of the main choices, but unfortunately, it was not very tasty. We think the restaurants could offer a wider variety of international food to appeal to guests from different nationalities. At the moment, the food options seem to mainly target Russian and Indian guests. There was also a restaurant serving Thai cuisine. The breakfast could also be improved. We mostly ate eggs, bread, and a few types of fruit. Adding more variety and international options to the breakfast would make the experience much better for guests from different countries. However, I really have to mention the staff because they were one of the best parts of our experience. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, kind, and always smiling. They were genuinely sweet and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I really don’t want to finish this review without mentioning how wonderful they all were. Their positive attitude and kindness truly made a difference and made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff are definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. With some improvements in room conditions, food variety, and transportation options, this hotel could offer an even better experience for international guests.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach. The resort is beautiful, with stunning facilities, exceptional service, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. The accommodation, food, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tropical paradise. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. ‘Rainy’ season is no longer the time to avoid Phuket, it’s the time to embrace it! In 9 days on the island, there was maybe 30 minutes of rain. Total. Pullman Panwa has one of the loveliest beachfront locations you’ll find — I was swimming every day in calm, warm water. It’s a sheltered bay, so very tranquil. Breakfast at the resort is a highlight — so many choices. My pool villa was just perfect. I could have happily stayed another week. Micky, my villa host, was amazing.

I stayed in a Beachfront Pool Villa, which was amazing — clean, very spacious, and the private villa pool was a real highlight. A huge part of what made this stay so special was my Villa Host, Mickey. He was an outstanding host from start to finish, always available and catering to my every need with a smile and genuine friendliness. He would even meet me at breakfast each morning just to check in and make sure I was having a great stay — that level of care and attention really made a difference and made me feel truly looked after throughout my visit. Dining at Tamarind restaurant was a highlight in itself. The staff — Nan, Nee, and Game — were friendly and attentive, offering great meal recommendations. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed a lovely three-course meal during my stay. I also had a Thai kickboxing lesson on the beach with Mj, which was a fantastic, memorable experience. Additionally, the massage I received from Yeh at the hotel spa was magical and relaxing. The beach itself had stunning views with crystal-clear blue water, and the beachside bar was the perfect spot to relax with food and drinks while taking it all in. Overall, this was a truly excellent stay thanks to the beautiful villa, gorgeous beach, and exceptional staff — especially Mickey — who went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort and would love to return.
