Dear Ms. O., Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the bed setup let down what was otherwise a great stay. A noticeable dip where two singles meet is uncomfortable at the best of times, and combined with the air con blowing directly at the head of the bed and short sheeting leaving no proper coverage from the draft, we understand why this was an unpleasant experience. I've left a note on file to ensure a proper king bed is arranged for any future stay rather than two singles pushed together, and we've also raised the air con positioning and bed linen with the team. Everything about the stay was great except the bed. It was a double bed made by pushing two singles together and the dip at the join was prominent and very uncomfortable. The aircon fan also blasted straight at the head of the bed and the bed linen was ‘short sheeted’ so you couldn’t even pull a sheet up to protect your neck from the draft. It was an unpleasant experience.

The staff and facilities were amazing! The location was ideal for our night at Rod Laver Arena. The view from our room was incredible, and breakfast the next morning was superb. The only downside was when we ordered room service that night at around 10:30pm. We ordered through the hotel QR code, and after several phone calls to reception inquiring as to where our order was, received our order at around 11:45pm. The issue was a glitch with the hotel app. Besides that, our experience was amazing, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I was disappointed, on returning from a concert at Rod Laver Arena, to find the bar was closed! I have find memories of quiet after-concert drinks in years gone by, but it seems that’s no longer part of the experience offered.

No breakfast options for in room dining was frustrating as we had to leave at 6 for the airport. Also there was no food or drink in the minibar. There was also rubbish in my room on arrival. I haven stayed at the Pullman multiple times and felt that the hotel had dropped to 4 stars vs a 5 star experience

Another wonderful stay in this excellently appointed and located hotel! Thank you to Mardi who is always so welcoming when we arrive at reception and to the fabulous, Arial. Camilla and Kanicon, who made our visit to the executive lounge on the eighteenth floor so inviting and special We always love returning to this beautiful hotel, not only for the excellent services and location but especially for the ambassadors who work so tirelessly to make our every stay a memorable one. The room and bed were very comfortable. View of the MCG was amazing. Buffet breakfast had extensive choices and was lovely.
