Convenient location. Friendly staff. But only one closet door in the room opened, cutlery drawer was dirty, booking for housekeeping was mentioned but no details about how to book. No amenities was also irritating, going back to reception each time you realise something that isn’t provided in the room is a bit of a nuisance. My stay was what I would expect from a budget chain like ibis but not from a mantra hotel.

We're pleased you appreciated our convenient location and friendly team, but we're very sorry that the overall experience fell short of your expectations.
The faulty wardrobe door and dirty cutlery drawer are disappointing, and we'll follow these up with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams. We also apologise that the housekeeping booking process wasn't clearly explained and that you had to make repeated trips to reception for basic amenities. We understand how frustrating this would have been.
Your comments about the standard you expected from Mantra are important to us, and we'll use your feedback to improve both our room presentation and communication with guests.

We absolutely loved our stay in the hotel, Despite being located in one of the busiedts area, the rooms were incredibly quiet, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Nice staff and clean rooms but troubles with card key every day

Only downfall was the shower in the bath; not a fan. Also, the bath towels were old and thin. All else was very good.
