We were placed in a disability room which was well designed for someone with a disability I should imagine, but it was not what we needed. Items in the bathroom were therefore not within easy reach and there was no vanity unit. Whilst these were minor issues I was still unhappy that we were placed in a room that could have been better used by someone with mobility issues.

Located an easy stroll from the domestic airport via a covered walkway, this hotel is a haven of peace and tranquility. Breakfast is noteworthy. Served in the spacious Apron Restaurant, they offer a fine selection. Make sure to try Chef Kiren’s plain omelettes. The best in any Asia-Pacific Accor property. The hotel is well managed, clean and convenient.

Great stay as usual. However this time there were numerous doors on our level that kept banging shut. Perhaps all the door closers could be checked do they close softly. No point in triple glazing to block out airport noises when banging doors keep you awake.

Being greeted by name is a great opening experience. Everything about the Hotel speaks comfort and care, staff are always friendly and professional; the dining menu and presentation is top shelf. It makes a big difference when the serving staff are knowledgable regarding menu items and are confident guiding your choice. Beds are super comfortable and ensure a restful nights sleep.

We had a really great experience overall and would give our stay a 9/10. The staff were friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. Needed to attend a weekend conference in BNE. Preferred to stay closer to airport and commute by train or uber to venue. Best thing about Pullman BNE airport is that you can check in and heck out easily. Rather that than trying to get into a city hotel with luggage.

The rooms are spacious, the towels large, abundant and fluffy. Good pillows. Room service is quick, and the restaurant has tasty meals. For a larger menu selection there is a second more casual restaurant next door at the Ibis. Their swimming pool includes a lap pool. Excellent choice for a short stay with its close proximity to the airport. Take note, however, their advertised airport shuttle operates only in the early morning hours.
