Recent changes to the breakfast setup not as good. The coffee/tea is now self service. This in not a major issue if managed correctly and the pots are kept stocked. On this occasion the coffee pot ran and there was quite a queue waiting for it to be refilled. Eventually had to leave and get a coffee else where. When the breakfast area is full these pots need to be kept stocked.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the food was very good and service excellent. The only downside of the stay was that the beds were not as comfotable as we had hoped. They were rather hard.

Perfectly located hotel for the Housing Summit Conference, we arrived early on Saturday and were very well looked after by Danny, (F&B Shift leader) who then looked out for us our whole stay. As the hotel got busier on Tuesday and Wednesday it was clear that there wasn't enough staff, and staff who were there were under pressure (this was the same as last year) Also have to say that the housekeeping service we experienced was not to the standard i would have expected.

Stayed at the Pullman 12/09/2026 as we were attending a show at the M&S arena. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was delicious ( a little bit of a wait for main course but they were very busy. The breakfast selection was very good ( although from a personal view some veggie sausages and bacon would have been appreciated) , but the real treasure of this hotel is their staff, they were all, without exception, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Your staff really are a credit to you, can't wait to return

The hotel itself is perfectly situated and really lovely. I had an issue with the shower leaking and shooting water everywhere. Reported to reception and assured it would be fixed but it remained the same for out entire 2 day stay.

We had a fantastic time at the pullman Liverpool lovely view of the mersey ( just wish windows opened) the staff are just brilliant i mentioned it was my 60th birthday and the lovely Lauren went out of her way to make it so special. Help from "H" on reception was also appreciated. The hotel is in a fantastic location but its the staff that makes it one of the best in Liverpool we have stayed before and will stay again.

Staff are the best part of this hotel, rooms okay but tired. However we love the Pullman and hopefully the room refurbishment will be completed shortly.

The staff are lovely, food was excellent. There is a welcoming ambiance in the foyer and restaurant. However, the rooms are tired and tatty. Bedding looks old and shabby. Beds were lumpy. The room wasn’t very clean. There was thick dust and dirty tissues around and under the bed. Carpet was stained. The bathroom door was full of sticky greasy finger marks. Bins were dirty. Once we’d cleaned it ourselves we felt we could relax then.

This was our 5th visit to the Pullman to celebrate my husband’s birthday, as always, it was amazing! Chris (guest experience manager) made our stay really special, with a card, balloon, cakes and sweets left in our room to welcome us back, we can’t wait to return!

Great room and service only problem I had was reduced breakfast time apart from that everything was spot on Paul was exemplary as normal as ladies on reception great too , ps we need a guy back to take cases etc to rooms
