Stay was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We got a room upgrade so that was nice. Unfortunately 3 things that I was not satisfied with and I guess thats why I took 3 points off. 1. We found a crockroach in the bathroom on the last day, staff were quick to actioned but that made me question the pest control and hygiene. 2. No toothbrush and cream were provided which I thought is pretty standard for 5 star. 3. There was no mini bar.

Room was nice, beds and pillow comfy. We had room service and ate at the restaurant and enjoyed both. All the staff were friendly and more than happy to help or answer questions. Perfect location next to Hyde Park and was walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

We were super impressed with the hotel facilities and location. We made great use of the rooftop pool and were very well looked after. With museum station a 2 minute walk away and circular quay a 30 minute walk you can’t fault the location.

Greeting was very friendly and welcoming. The room was good, but a bit dated. The breakfast was great and plentiful. For me the location was good as it was easy to catch public transportation to where I needed to go.

Check in was easy however I did ask for the receipt to be emailed to me. Nice room except the shower head which I had to hold, I reported it when I left. What I am most frustrated about is the survey has been so quick to come but it looks like I am going to have to call for the receipt.

Pullman is usually a high quality brand within the Accor group, but this one needs a lot of work. It's extremely outdated and the service is not even on the same level as a Mercure. Please improve
