Great location close to the airport and some good restaurants (we liked “PAUL” in particular). Super friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for a short stay in convenient airport distance. Currently getting an overhaul which feels needed for the “good enough”, small rooms. Served us well for our 1 night pre departure. Personally not a fan of the “room connection option” doors which are always noisy with the neighbouring unit. Asked upfront for a separated room but apparently not available.

Everything was great, especially the service staff. I really enjoyed my stay at ibis. However, the buffet breakfast was quite underwhelming. It's the same menu everyday. Some foods were even served cold.

I had a wonderful stay at IBIS. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well managed. The food was absolutely great with good variety and taste. What made the stay truly special was the people. A big thank you to Rahul and Aditya who was extremely helpful throughout my stay and always attended to our needs with a smile. A special mention to Sakshi Mondal, the lifeguard at the swimming pool. He was incredibly kind and attentive and made my son super happy. He absolutely loved his time at the pool because of him. Overall a fantastic experience. Stay was comfortable. A suggestion Pse tell your staff to regularly clear the used food plates kept outside cabins by occupants. The food remains in the plates leave a stench in the corridors and lobby.The problem is severe in night after late night meals by occupants.

We were in need of urgent room as we were having some issue with another hotel booking system that we had pre booked. As the person at reception realised we were in urgent need, he charged us approximately 25k per night for a queen bed room. We had no choice and paid the amount knowing that in normal circumstances the room would not be any more than 11-12k Condition of the hotel was not at that level at all. The moment you walk in, an unpleasant smell welcomes you. We felt scammed but had no choice so paid the amount. One advise, stop taking advantage out of people in unfortunate circumstances

Dear ibis New Delhi Management, I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding a very poor and disappointing experience during my recent stay at ibis New Delhi. At the time of booking, I was clearly offered a 30% discount on food. However, when I had dinner at the hotel, the discount was not applied and I was charged the full amount. When I raised the issue, the matter was handled very poorly. I was made to approach different people/departments for nearly one hour, instead of receiving a proper and immediate resolution. After making me wait for a considerable amount of time, I was finally assured that the extra amount charged would be refunded to my account. It has now been more than 3 days, and I have neither received the refund nor been given any proper update. I find this level of service and follow-up highly disappointing. A commitment made by the hotel should be honoured within the promised timeline, and the customer should not have to repeatedly follow up for a refund arising from the hotel’s own billing issue. I request the management to urgently investigate this matter, process my pending refund immediately, and provide me with a confirmation of the refund transaction. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why the promised discount was not applied in the first place and why the refund has been delayed despite the commitment made by your staff.
