The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, however for the price I would expect at least some bottles of water in the room and the buffet continental breakfast was very disappointing.

Rooms were flagged as considerably cheaper. I'm an accor member. Which should guarantee a room. Arriving and booking a room just the otherside on midnight made things awkward. The breakfast was a strange set up, with no one around to explain.

We enjoyed the breakfast and convenience of the timing for it. Our one complaint is that the room was not very soundproof as we could hear conversations and the television from the room next door making it necessary to wear earplugs in order to have an uninterrupted nights sleep.

Ideally situated by Borough Market and Tate Modern. Few mins walk to underground and many eateries. Our room was large and comfortable with a surprising view of the shard. We had everything we needed without having to ask i.e., ironing board, kettle, extra pillows. Continental breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed the shots of virgin Bloody Mary.

Picked the hotel due to it's close proximity to an event we were attending. Lady at check-in was very personable and friendly, great customer service helping me work out transport routes into covent garden later. Room was comfy. Not a fan of the murals. Nice and clean. Shower was adequate. At breakfast my boss and I were swiftly asked to move from a high table of 4, to a two seater. Yet 2 individual guys were then ignored, who both took the two high tables. That niggled us. Food choices were fantastic. A rather abrupt lady was on check out, she explained in order for us to leave our cases there would be a charge. I queried it and said I had membership and the charges were lifted, which was much appreciated.

The room was small (having my suitcase open and an ironing board up made it difficult to move around), but it was just me and otherwise quite comfortable. The one silly complaint I'd make is to provide real hangars, and a hook outside the closet to use while getting ready. I hate the hangars that are designed to prevent people from stealing them... I get the reasoning, but it makes getting ready a pain!

Great location, both close for work-related activities and leisure - a very short walk to places such as Tate Modern, St. Paul's Cathedral or the Borough Market. The breakfast was nice - although not a fantastic experience, it was more than enough. The rooms are good - not very big, but also enough for a 3 day stay. Bed was comfortable.

I need a place to stay close to London Bridge and also the o2 arena , so only 4 stops on tube this was perfect, good room size, everything you need, clean , friendly staff, great breakfast selection too
