The hotel property is very nice and the location is great. But our service issues included: Told we could have a courtesy room until our room was available, then no, then yes only after we pursued it more upon arrival. We were charged twice for it, have sent an email to the hotel about it - and we are still waiting on a response let alone resolution. Housekeeping - We had to call for coffee pods and stirs on 2 different days, they were never replenished. Drinking glasses were not consistently replenished, same for bathroom floor towel/rug. No notice was given about the road in front of the hotel being closed one day during our stay due to a race/walk event, which significantly impacted taxi services for hours. The hotel advertises a rooftop bar, which actually didn't exist during our stay. After asking multiple staff we learned it was only open select periods during the year, which didn't seem to be communicated anywhere.

The hotel itself was nothing extraordinary, the decor was minimal and the desk in the room was quite damaged which I would not expect of a hotel with such a high price tag. However, the views were incredible! Once in a lifetime experience staying here

The elevators are slow, there aren’t enough of them, and the wait times are far too long. The view from our room was absolutely amazing, but the room itself felt quite dated. The dispensers for the soap, shampoo, etc. in the shower were broken, making them quite difficult to use. Overall, I felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered and didn’t feel that it was worth the price.

Traveling to a France for the first time, it was very important to us to be in a safe area near the metro and within walking distance to eateries. We could not have picked a better hotel than Pullman Tour Eiffel! We stayed in an Eiffel Tower view room on the 8th floor and it is absolutely breathtaking! We miss waking up every day to “our tower” and we loved the service we received. Frame restaurant was exceptional- we are still dreaming about the Frame burger! We have many things we did not get to do while we were in Paris so we have a list of what we want to come back and do next time. One thing we both agreed is that we cannot come back to France without staying here. Merci beaucoup!

Allocated room 1149 which had a malfunctioning shower head, there was no body lotion and iron in the room. There was also mould from what I assume is water damage, that is a gross health hazard!

I traveled to the Paris for A. concert. I spent 4 nights at the Pullman Hotel and had A. great experience. The front lobby is practically across the street from the Eiffel Tower and my room had an exquisite view from the balcony. The hotel was clean and the customer service exceptional. Our stay at the Pullman for our first time in Paris was great. It really is in a great location with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. We did book a “high level” room and were put on floor 6 in an 11 floor building so I would consider that middle rather than high but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Very comfortable to stay. The linens, decor, and the bathroom counters were all new modern and clean. I paid extra for a higher floor with an Eiffel Tower and the room location did not disappoint. I would have rated 10 if it wasn’t for the them failing to text us when the rooms were ready when they said they would, missing robes and washcloths in bathroom. Also no complimentary toiletries like Q-tips and cotton pads. Also, the rooftop bar is closed and apparently only open on occasion, but they still advertise it in the lobby and on the 10th floor. We searched for it for a good 15 minutes on 10th floor. What a waste of time.
