It was a beautiful hotel. So close to the eiffel tower and the location felt like it was near everything. I liked how the cabs were lined up outside, and were readily available. The only thing is, the room size. I prefer a much bigger room size.

The location is great; most of Paris is within easy reach, which is most convenient. The hotel is clean and well-appointed, and everything works smoothly, from the check-in process to room maintenance. The rooms are comfortable (not spacious), though the bathroom can feel a little cramped. Overall, worth staying at for a short business stay or a mini-vacation.

It was ok, nothing fancy. Small room. Always cleaned. We arrived at 630am told they would have our room ready for 1pm as a gold member. So went all over Paris, arrived at 1pm and had to wait till nearly 3pm. Which was tiring after a long haul flight from Australia then walking all over Paris without a rest. Doubt id stay here ever again

Excellent customer service from the front desk staff. They were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a few minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and my room had a little view of the top. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area and the metro is a few minutes walk too. The room is great, has a window for fresh air, separate shower and toilet. Very comfortable bed. I had the 8th floor which was quiet and clean.

I send a bag of laundry to be cleaned by the hotel. I followed all the instructions as detailed on the paperwork and also followed the verbal instructions offered by the front desk. I turned the laundry in at 7:30 am at the front desk and and was assured that it would be done later that day. At 20:00 I started to get concerned that it had not been returned. I tried to call the front desk, but no one answered. At 20:30 I went down to the front desk to inquire about the laundry. The young man told me it had still not been returned. When asked if he could call to ask how long before it would be available, he informed me that the they did not have anything from me. Needless to say I was quite surprised. When I explained that I had personally dropped it off at the front desk at 7:30 he said he would go check. He disappeared for about 10mins and came back apologizing but without my clothes. Again apologizing, he said he would keep on looking for the bag. Another 10 mins passed when he finally returned with the bag, apologizing but never offfered Any solution. No offer to send it out the next day, just “Desolee”. This left me somewhat compromised as I need the items to go out that night. It was a very frustrating experience which occurred because someone did not do their job. I hope no one else has to experience this.

Well located. We got the room with Eiffel Tower view only to realize it was obstructed by another All Accor hotel (Pullman). The frontdesk were not the friendliest. The room was small. The lift were too slow and at one point it took more than 10 mins that the staff had to have us use a their service lift.
