It has been 3 years since my last stay at Adagio Kleber, the first time has already been very good and this time I was really positively surprised, I noticed improvments inside and not only the appartment was amazing, the addition of a douchette in the toilets was very satisfactory for me. I still believe there can be improvements such as the interior of the elevator, the moquette at the hall when going to rooms can be changed for a newer one, I also think sound isolation can be improved (i was disturbed by sirens in the morning almost everyday). I also think I only needed a small blanket (drap) instead of a couette since it was pretty hot but couldn’t find one, but I also didn’t ask for one at the reception so maybe it’s on me. Overrall the experience was amazing, the staff very pleasant and would 100% return on my next stay

Overall, our stay was pleasant and most aspects of the hotel were good. However, when we arrived and received the room, it had not been cleaned properly. The rubbish bins had not been emptied, and the bed and bathroom were not as clean as expected. This was disappointing and made us uncomfortable at the beginning of our stay. Apart from this cleanliness issue, everything else was good.

Stayed at Aparthotel Adagio La Défense. Booked a 3-room apartment but only received a 2-room one. On the first night the air conditioning was completely broken — rooms were extremely hot and we could barely sleep. Staff gave us two fans but one didn’t work. The toilet lid also kept closing by itself and couldn’t be fixed. A technician came the next morning and fixed the AC, but the cooling was still very weak and staff told us not to turn it off to avoid it stop working again. Second night was more acceptable, but the first night was very poor. I sent a formal complaint and a follow-up email, but received no reply after 3 days.

Following your request, our technician did intervene to inspect the system and address your concerns. Concerning the toilet seat, the technician also checked it and confirmed that it is functioning as designed. However, we are sorry that the toilet seat caused inconvenience during your stay. With regard to your reservation, the accommodation you booked is indeed a 3-room apartment (for 6 people), which consists of two bedrooms and one living room with a sofa bed, in accordance with the description provided on our website. Regarding the fans, our reception team tested both units after your report and confirmed that they were operating correctly. We are sorry for any misunderstanding. We would also like to confirm that compensation has been offered in recognition of the inconvenience you experienced. Please accept our sincere apologies once again. Good location... close to the mall and offices. However, the building is quite old and could do with some upgrades - only 2 elevators and 1 was always out of order. Also, regarding the service - only about 2 of the reception staff were really helpful/friendly. The rest just generally did the minimum and were dismissive. Lastly, the cleaners were hit and miss. I was there for a month - had proper cleaning twice and the other 2 times, I could see that they just changed the sheets/towels and didn't bother to clean surfaces or sweep/vacuum.

The website says early check in is available from 10. It was not. Even at 3pm there was only one staff member manning reception so we did not get our room key until 3.30pm despite having paid 40 euros for early check in. Shambolic.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment for three people and had a wonderful stay. The check-in experience was excellent, and we would especially like to thank WinDiane at reception for being so friendly and welcoming. Thanks to the thoughtful arrangement, we were given a high-floor room where we could even see the Eiffel Tower sparkling at 10 pm, such a memorable surprise! As an ACCOR Gold member, we also appreciated the welcome drinks and biscuits, which added a lovely personal touch to our stay. The apartment itself was very well equipped for cooking, which was extremely convenient. A particularly good design feature was the separation of the WC and shower, making it much more comfortable and practical for three people sharing the apartment. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent hospitality from the reception team. Highly recommended!

Apartment was very tired, needed a good clean and refurb. One lift broken all week, leaving one lift for 15 floors, and this was mainly used by housekeeping and workmen. No priority for guests. One shower had missing seals so leaked. Second shower attachment was broken so could not be fixed in place.

It was in summer, it supposed to have air conditionning but no air conditionning. No cleanup done. Elevator was also broken, had to take the stairs severall times, and there is no light in stairs

Effectivement au mois de juin 2025 nous avons connu un épisode désagréable de soucis techniques avec l'air conditionné et l'ascenseur qui ont été réparés dans les meilleurs délais. Concernant le ménage il est précisé dans les conditions générales de vente que dans les Aparthotels Adagio le ménage est fait une fois par semaine pour les réservations de 8 nuits ou plus. Votre séjour étant de 3 nuits, le ménage n'était pas inclus. Nous travaillons à l'amélioration continue de notre service et nous mettons tout en œuvre pour résoudre les problèmes de la meilleure des manières.
