Staff is great, pillows and beds are super comfy. The location is perfect. The only minor issue was the air condition in the room, I didn't figure out how to turn it off or set desired temperature. Not sure if that was possible at all.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at the Pullman Basel Europe during our visit to Basel. The hotel was comfortable, modern, very clean, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Basel as well as take day trips to nearby cities and short drive to France. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated having breakfast included. The breakfast offered a very nice selection and was a great way to start our days before sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. After busy days exploring Switzerland and visiting family in France, it was nice to return to a quiet and comfortable hotel. The hotel is connected to an underground parking garage and to a Coop Supermarket with easy access. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and I would happily stay at the Pullman Basel Europe again on a future visit to Basel.

My wife and i have stayed at the Pullman in Basle many, many times over the years always drawn back by many positive factors. We have the say however following this visit, we both said the time has come for a change. The Pullman has lost its sparkle and needs to re invigorate itself. Its looking very same old, same old. The rooms are looking tired and in need of a modernisation. Walls are badly marked, decor outdated and in our case we experienced a shower installation that was temperamental between being hot, and then discharging very cold water. We will no longer return!

I stayed here as a stop during a long drive South. Great carpark, spacious and clean. Good rooms, clean and comfortable with good towels. Bed mattress too soft and has the usual dents where people sleep, should be replaced by a harder mattress really. Extra sliding door to bathroom is useless, too close to the bed; bathroom had sewage smell from drains. Worst thing is the heating/cooling system; the rooms are much too stuffy and hot. Had to open the tiny window which didn’t help much. Also the hallways and breakfast room are far too hot, I looked for a seat as close to the open door as possible. I asked for poached eggs…and I got 1 single egg…what does an extra egg cost? I stayed here many times before but the above negative points will probably make me choose an alternative hotel next time. A petty because these points could be easily addressed.
