From the moment we checked in till we checked out staff are so friendly and accommodating. They helped us out how to get to the bus going to city centre. They also cleaned our room and changed our towels even we just stayed for 3 days. Overall, hotel is very clean and staff are very nice and welcoming.

Paid £262 for two nights bed and breakfast On arrival Bed not made when checked in to room. Only one working socket. Bed lighting not working. Breakfast was none existent not even bread. Complained to reception asking to speak to manager, told to email which I did notifying my intention to check out after first night. After checking out I called to speak to manager 3 times to be told he wasn’t available. Requested a refund for the night we didn’t stay which was denied.. Staff were unprofessional and for some reason covering for the manager by denying access to speak to him. I would not recommend this place, it’s more like what I’d envisage a prison cell or poor quality hostel to be like rather than a hotel. Book at your peril.

Beds were really comfortable however too small. It is located in beautiful surroundings, I took morning walks around and the surroundings are amazing. Safe place. Great restaurants as you step out of the hotel. Their breakfast is more like a snack so I wouldn't recommend anyone to pay for breakfast when booking, we had our breakfast at Chaiiwala restaurant. There's also Nandos just as you step outside the hotel. Hotel has a free parking which is really great. If you are on a budget and want comfort not luxury then I recommend Ibis budget hotel.

We came for a show at the O2 Academy. This stay was £40. Even better when I realised the parking is free. It was a 15 minute walk to the venue. Room is basic but was perfectly acceptable - very clean, comfortable beds, just what we needed. No kettle in the room but hot water was available just a few steps from our room in the breakfast area. Very friendly staff at check in.

Kevin was superb on Sunday night. I had made a complete mess of the booking and he was so helpful in getting it all sorted for me. The room was perfectly adequate was nice and clean and very comfortable. breakfast was well worth the money with plenty of toppings for the cereal nice selection of hams and cheese. Fresh pastries and toast available the drink selection was good too. I would definitely come back

Overall very happy. 24 hr reception was good for food etc. Only issue was triple rooms are very tight. Bunk beds not ideal. The small ladders arent great for climbing up and down.

Check in was easy.Reception staff very helpful. Room was very nice, if a bit small. The beds were comfortable, bed linen spotless. Pillows were a bit soft, but you can’t please everyone. The toilet is separate from the shower which is okay. Plenty of coathangers. We were only there for one night, really just to sleep and shower, so it suited us very well. No kettle, but hot drinks available from reception area, which was much appreciated after coming back from a late night out. The location was good for the Hydro, a fifteen to twenty minute walk if you know where you are going.

It was very nice to stay at your hotel, we really liked the breakfast (maybe we would add some eggs or wieners). We really liked the tea and limonade corner, especially when it is open for 24/7. But we had quite a problem with no toilet brush at our room, we think that it is really important and dignified to have these at hotel rooms.

It was an overall comfortable stay. Soundproof isn’t exactly great for light-sleeper like me but my family thought they didn’t hear anything at night. The location is a little further from city centre. Bus station however is just few minutes’ walk away.

The room and bathroom layout is the most awkward I have even seen in all of the hotels I have stayed in. There was no space to provide privacy for changing clothes. The top bunk was unmade. The staff were lovely though.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but small and very basic with no kettle or hairdryer. The free parking was a positive. The breakfast was limited with lack of tables, which were not cleared due to limited staff. Breakfast items regularly ran out. It was quite a distance from the city centre, but buses and subway are within reach. . Reasonable value given how expensive Glasgow is, but the surrounding area was quite shabby.
