I have stayed several times at this hotel and this time around I was not impressed. The young lady at the front desk had a little attitude and seemed more busy speaking with her colleagues than attending me. The room was very hot and air conditioning not really working. Someone had almost left a whole in the bathroom door, which hadn't been fixed, and the toilet paper dispenser was about to fall. One lamp bulb was out.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, buffet dinner good. However - I am short, 5’3” , and there was not enough room for my legs when sitting on the toilet, and shower stall was tiny, I was knocking my elbows on the side.

We had no pillows in our room. I tired to call the service desk, but no one picked up. The room was dirty, the trash was not emptied, once i mentioned the lack of pillows, the staff simply said “there are no pillows left in the hotel”. Once the manager was called, they gave us the pillows, so, that contradicted with what the worker said. Overall poor experience

Very well located near Roissypole and shuttles. As we had a very early morning flight, we opted to stay. Everything at Ibis is bare minimum- accommodation and food are basic,but if things work, it’s ok for convenience sake. This was NOT. 2 hours after checkin our ‘Confort’ room was HoT. Called reception twice, finally got through. Ok technician on the way. Not true. Eventually we went down TWiCE to check. Finally a front office staffer said he checked with his manager who said we should open a window… they can’t help. Awful experience.

Nice hotel, but check in was awful. A really long line that was extremely slow. Not enough people on duty and computer problems as well perhaps. I've stayed there many times and never had this problem before. Also, the room was nice as usual, clean and comfortable, but the shower head support was broken and the bathroom door handle was loose. Little things but one hopes that they don't get worse.

The location is excellent. Very convenient for an early flight or late arrival. Staff were multi lingual and helpful. Flight times are displayed on a board. A very short 5 minute walk from the hotel to the airport shuttle train which takes you to the other terminals in less than 5 minutes. The rooms are not large but are soundproof and comfortable with a walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath. There is a car park outside but I did not use it. In the entrance to the terminal are carrefour express and other food outlets. The hotel has a couple of restaurants with a varied menu. RER Line is at the gate across the road and takes you straight to the city - st Michel- Notre Dame has both a lift and escalator with a good choice of left bank hotels if you are headed into the city to stay.

I missed my connection so was delayed checking in until the morning after my check in. The lady checking me in was dismissive and didn’t seem to want to help saying I was there too early. She wouldn’t read my booking properly to know I was due in the night before. I eventually after a few eye rolls from her was given my key card. I got to the room and opened the door to a used room, crumpled sheets and rubbish. Luckily no one was still occupying the room when I walked in. I then had to go back to reception where she was less than pleased to see me again. I didn’t get an apology just a new key card for another room. Worst customer service. I was very glad I didn’t end up needing to spend a night there. As a solo female traveler I don’t recommend. Anyone could come into your room at any time when they check someone else into an occupied room. So unsafe

The hotel was in an ideal location for the trains and airport; the room was clean and comfortable but very basic with no tea/coffee facilities, and there was a loud whining noise in the room that made it difficult to sleep, especially for the kids, which has put us off staying again in the future.
