It was very disappointing. The room and hallway looked run down, the sealing in the bathroom wasn’t properly fitted, the air con was only blowing cold air and I couldn’t turn heating on or turn it off. The sheets were ripped, there were dirty tissues already in the bin, and the chain hatch on the door was missing. The walls were incredibly thin and there was loud music playing in the room beside me and I ended up having to go to reception to report it after no one answered the phone. The TV only had 3 channels and was very unclear how to operate it. This stay was incredibly disappointing and I couldn’t wait to leave. The staff weren’t bad or rude and did tell the people to turn the music off but the state of the place was terrible.

Had booked double bed room months earlier for an overnight stay check in was around midnight for a flight home to Australia next morning. Check in lady was not welcoming at all, didn’t explain the shuttle service was just going to be a normal bus where there is no room for luggage. Went to our room and it had 2 single beds which is not what booked went to see the check in lady only to be told they don’t have any rooms available with double rooms. I showed her my booking and with out even looking at the computer system just said NO rooms and walked away… the room had no shower caps and bathroom had separate shower (which is fine ) shower in the bath but the bath is so deep it was hard to get out and the glass divider swings right into the basin… lastly the buffet breakfast was quality was terrible left and had breakfast at the airport.

It was kind of like being in a prison movie. Scratched mud-colored walls in the corridors. Room doors did not fit the frames. No secondary locks. A bath towel torn down the middle. But the sheets were clean.

The hotel is dated, the rooms are stuffy and noisy. We had just 4 hours to rest before our next onward flight. So we paid a full nights premium to have the room from 7am - midday checkout. Maybe this is the standard in France for the price we paid, but we were unimpressed.

Booked last minute after missing a flight and didn’t have time to read reviews, even though I normally check them and stay with Accor 4–5 times a year. Because this hotel was listed on Accor, I expected a basic standard. Instead, the room had bugs climbing on the wall, the bed sink, and the floor. When I reported this, the hotel refused to acknowledge the issue, even after I showed them the problems. My videos and photos are date‑ and location‑stamped, yet they still insisted this was not the case. They claimed all rooms were the same standard and offered a room change, but we already had rooms 259 and 260 with the same issues, and room 258 was also given to us but left unused because of the condition. If I could give a lower score, I would. The only positive was the staff, who were polite. Avoid this hotel you’re genuinely better off sleeping on an airport bench which we should have done. Accor did nothing, despite charging over £100 per night for each room for what is essentially a one‑star property. I will now be taking further action, as the hotel continues to deny issues that are clearly documented. If anyone else stays here, please leave an honest review. It’s not just me seeing these things. Also to add I had an itch throughout the night and my face was in a rash when I woke up. I generally give good 5* reviews please check other reviews that I have done on the Accor app, this was by far the worst.

Cheap quality room, where the staff simply stick together 3 single-bed to allow the 3 people to sleep in the room. Bathroom floor stained with red-ish spots, possibly biological that could have been cleaned if the staff had rubbed it with a little force. I manage to clean one my self using a wet towel. The ventilation grille (air duct), shown multiple black traces all around it, which indicate the air duct itself and the grille are definitively not cleaned on a recurrent schedule. Finally, your hotel is next to an airport with planes taking and off and lading off until midnight, but your restaurant is closing at 10 PM. Utter non-sense. Moreover, the next morning, for breakfast, the floor near the coffee and juice machines was sticky. Someone has probably knocked over a jug of juice, which has made the floor sticky, and this has never been cleaned by your staff, or at the very least (for example: the floor has only been mopped with a towel rather than washed and rinsed). Overall, I paid a mid-market price, for an indecent low-end room and experience. Not only would I not have paid more than 20 euros for such an experience, but I don’t think I would even have offered a homeless person a place to stay at your establishment. That would have been an insult to him or her.

The bed was comfortable enough, but I would strongly avoid this hotel in summer, especially during periods of very hot weather. The real issue was the temperature. The room was close to 30°C, making it by far the worst hotel night I have ever experienced. I spend more than 100 nights a year in hotels, so I am used to different standards and conditions. I even asked to change rooms, but the temperature was exactly the same in the new room. Under the pretext of complying with Article R. 241-30 of the French Energy Code and its 26°C threshold, the air conditioning seems to be deliberately limited so that the system cannot properly cool the rooms. Whatever the technical or regulatory justification, having a room close to 30°C at night is simply unacceptable. It feels like an energy-saving measure that comes at the direct expense of guests' comfort. Cleanliness was average. Breakfast was also average, around 5/10. A positive point is that it is included in the room rate and starts very early, from 4:00 am, which is very convenient for early flights. The bread and pastries were good. However, there was no omelette or scrambled eggs, only hard-boiled eggs. Parking is available for an additional fee, around €12. The airport shuttle is also charged separately, around €5 per person. An alternative is the public bus stop about 100 metres from the hotel, which takes you to Roissypôle. From there, you can take the free CDGVAL airport train to Terminal 3, two stops away. Noise levels were around 6/10. It largely depends on the other guests in the corridors, particularly doors being slammed. Overall, this is a convenient hotel for a one-night stay before a flight, particularly because of the very early breakfast and proximity to the airport. However, the inability to properly cool the rooms makes it extremely difficult to recommend this hotel during hot weather.

Worst Hotel ever. AC not working, shower head broken, Towels Dirty, carpet in the room and threw the hotel is FILTHY, Pillows and Duvet stained, so Pleased we was only staying there for 8hours until our next flight.
