very old rooms. Not well maintained. There were times when hot water just didn't exist. Wi-Fi broke down for an entire night. Ice machine that never works. Disappointing in terms of value for money.

The hotel is fine. Decent price and conveniently located by a metro. It’s average as far as amenities and don’t expect to find an iron or other niceties in the room.

We arrived early morning and our rooms were booked for 2 days starting from previous night. When we arrived didn’t say any welcome words and just said: “check in from 2 pm”. We answered: “the rooms were booked from yesterday” showing them the booking number. (It was on the 10th and the booking stated on the 9th). So anyway they didn’t keep the rooms and we had to wait some hours for our rooms. We are a crew and we were very tired arriving after long flight. We understand that this can happens but at least they gave to be with a minimum of politeness. After all They did check in a bad manners.

Waited over 50 mins for first drink, second drink after 30 mins was told didn’t have ingredients, ordered something different but waiter decided to make me something else instead, finally 2 drinks within 2 hours. Room was ok, bathroom dated. Lift broken when was very busy. Staff weren’t able to use my Accor membership discount for food and drink, no one seemed to know what they were doing

Cockroaches, rotting wood in hallways, peeling paint, dirty walls. And the hotel bar extremely slow service, inattentive staff. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay for beer already served on the counter as the bartender vanished mid service. Incredible.

Overall a decent stay with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. However, I did notice a mouse in the lobby area where the TV is on one occasion, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective and worth addressing. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was fine.

A horrible night i spent there as someone was in another room was screaming for help and the front desk security failed to pick the phone call to send send security onto the 14th floor. After i got dressed everything was quiet again so maybe it was a TV movie... But i think NOT.

overall experience was average. While the checkin, stay and breakfast was comfortable , during the checkout the staff was not at all helpful. i had booked an uber during my checkout and was travelling with a 3 year old kid and luggage and stoller as well. the entry and exit gates were not opened despite my repeated requests and even the security did not know how to open the gate. the matter was brought to the reception front desk and even 2 people there could not help. after waiting for almost 20 mins i decided to take the luggage myself as there was a train to catch. this led to me and my wife carrying the luggage, stroller all the way from front reception to the entry gate 200 mtrs away despite there being a porch for car entry. even the Uber charged me an extra waiting time of 10 Euro

Overall, I expected considerably more from this hotel. Before our stay, I emailed the hotel four times with exactly the same message and did not receive a single reply. I even wrote the email in French to make things as straightforward as possible, but still received no response. This was a disappointing start before we had even arrived. When we arrived, we were slightly early and simply wanted to leave our car in the underground car park for a few hours before checking in. This has never been an issue at other hotels I have stayed at. Although we were eventually allowed to do so, the lady on reception made it feel as though she was doing us a significant favour. It was a rather off-putting first impression. The biggest issue during the stay was the air-conditioning. There was effectively no temperature control in the room. The temperature dial appeared to have been disabled and simply spun freely, meaning the only options were to have the air-conditioning switched on or switched off. Even when it was on, the room remained far too warm. I completely understand why hotel windows may need to be restricted for safety reasons, but if guests cannot open the windows to allow fresh air into the room, this needs to be compensated for by an effective climate-control system. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The room was uncomfortably warm and there was no practical way to cool it properly. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect guests to be able to control the temperature of their own room. The food offering was another disappointment. There were two places within the hotel where we could order food, and I should emphasise that the staff serving us were fantastic. However, the actual choice of food was exceptionally limited. There seemed to be only around three main meal options, with very little choice that was particularly suitable for children. For a hotel catering for families, I would expect a significantly more comprehensive menu. There were some positives. Having easy access to ice and cold water in reception was very welcome, particularly given how warm the room was, and the on-site gym was a useful facility. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience did not match my expectations for a hotel of this rating. We had stayed immediately beforehand at a hotel with considerably fewer stars, yet that hotel was cleaner, more comfortable, had excellent air-conditioning and offered a much wider and more child-friendly food menu. The staff we dealt with in the food and beverage areas were excellent, but the poor communication before arrival, the uncomfortable room temperature, the limited food choices and the initial reception experience meant that this stay fell well short of what I expected.

We are nevertheless pleased to hear that you appreciated the availability of fresh water and ice at reception, as well as the convenience of our fitness centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the state of the hotel let it down. Only x2 of the lifts worked and we got locked out of our room twice. The first time was at approx midnight after we had returned after a day out. We were very tired.The maintance person was called and he had change the batteries in the door mechanism. The second time it happened was the morning we were leaving. We were locked out for about 45 mins. This made us late for the activities we had planned that morning. Also, I had my 72 year old mother with us whilst trying to deal with it. The maintence person was very friendly and helpful and it was not his fault. He was busy doing other jobs.

The car park was a nightmare to find, I resent paying €20 for the privilege when already paying for the room itself. The car park is not good if you have a wide car if you like your alloys. The room was basic, the bathroom was in a poor state, the pull out beds for the children were extremely uncomfortable. It was hot in the room, there was a plug in fan which didn’t offer much and was incredibly noisy.

Online checked in in advance, was told we were upgraded to executive room. Room was not ready and was set up for one. We are a family of four, front desk person said they will arrange for the sofa bed to be made, we went out for dinner and said any time they can come set the room. They never did. Had to call the front desk at around 9pm then the staff came to make just the bed, we had to ask for extra towels, pillows etc… you’d think they would have worked that one out for themselves… I’m sure a party of one would have been fine with the slightly dirty and worn room, for us I don’t think a return visit will be any time soon.
