The check-in was good, the front office in-charge was really kind and made me feel welcomed, as I had an early check-in. I feel the housekeeping can be better and so is the room service. The in-room dining service looked so transactional. The cutleries provided were not appropriate ones. The cloche ( even though not in that sense ) was not proper. As soon as the server came inside the room and it fell down. Coffee refills etc were not made properly in the room.

My stay at Pullman Chennai had a strong start. The check-in process was smooth and the front office staff were genuinely excellent. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing. I opted for the buffet dinner but waited on several items that never arrived, and I felt ignored by the staff. I eventually left my dinner midway and went back to my room. While the team did send some food to the room, it hardly made up for missing the full buffet experience I had paid for. At check-out, things didn't improve. I was kept waiting for my car for almost 20 minutes in the heat, even though the drivers appeared to be free. Despite asking multiple times, I was simply told the car was parked in the basement. Meanwhile, guests who arrived after me received their cars sooner. No apology was offered for the delay. For a brand like Pullman, the service falls short of the hospitality one expects. I hope the management takes note.

The Hair Dryer doesn't work. There is no Egg preparation in UP North. Quantity served for mocktail was too less and quality was very bad. You do not have mini combos for solo travelers.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Pullman Chennai. While the location may not be the most convenient if you are looking for shopping or eateries within walking distance, getting around is still easy with Uber or autos. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the dining experience. The restaurants at Pullman Chennai were amazing! We ordered à la carte for dinner and, while the prices were typical of a hotel, I must say the quality of both the food and drinks was excellent. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and the quality of the experience made it totally worth the price we paid. Would definitely recommend Pullman Chennai for a comfortable stay with great dining!

The main concern was the TV. The display quality was good, but the remote was a fake and hence did not work properly. The software/ OS of the TV could be better for a 5 star hotel.

Loved the family room I stayed in. Service was excellent, helpful staff who communicated very well. Found the deal with airport transfer, late check out and 1 meal quite value for money, considering 3 of us stayed in the room. Enjoyed the secluded pool area as well. No complaints at all.
