We absolutely love the vibe of this new hotel in Perth CBD. Beautifully appointed with an eclectic mix of modern furniture, our room was spacious and had everything we could need -including funky pool robes, coffee machine and Bose speaker. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was delicious and well considered. A great location in the city, nice and quiet and a quick walk to the city, river and East Perth. Definitely recommend this gem.

Overall a wonderful stay, facilities are great, new, funky, clean and comfortable. The TV menu for in room dining did not work one night and ordering that way doesn’t allow notes to be added to the order. The pick up of calls to reception / restaurant and in room dining was slow at times. However the food and service was great. Pool was great.

We had a lovely stay at Hyde Perth. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, Elizabeth Quay and several key areas, with plenty of free and paid public transport nearby. The hotel is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The food was delicious — we especially recommend the fried chicken bagel and making the most of their food and drinks happy hour. The heated pool was also a great touch. The rooms are comfortable, although I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for a room with a view. As the hotel is relatively low-rise, our “view” was mostly neighbouring rooftops with only a small glimpse of the water in the distance. I would have preferred a pool-facing room without the extra cost. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Alicia at reception for all her tips on enjoying Perth, Luna and Antonio at the bar and restaurant for their warm service and great recommendations, and Nohemi at reception, who kindly helped move us to a higher floor when we mentioned our disappointment with the view. The view was similar, but we really appreciated her willingness to help and positive attitude. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great food, service and location.

Generally satisfied with my stay at Hyde. The only thing that stopped me from giving a 10 is the bathroom water supply pressure. It is so low that it makes the hand shower useless. I think it's to avoid the splashing of water as there is no door at the shower area. Therefore I hope a hotel such as Hyde can invest in a glass door for it's shower area so it doesn't have to turn down the water pressure.

Went for a staycation birthday weekend with my partner. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms looked so good and unique from anything I’ve seen. The food was very good. I love the oysters. The chrome cast on the TV needs to be worked on. For some reason I was unable to cast from my phone to the TV after following all the instructions. In hindsight I should have called staff for help. Would I be back here to stay ? Absolutely yes ! I think the breakfast should be included in the booking fees to get more value for money.

The breakfast was an absolute highlight - absolutely delicious and the coffee was the best coffee I have had anywhere (including Melbourne, Sydney). Your barista makes the best cappucinos.

The management told me they were only half Accor, that is why they only gave a 15% discount on the restaurant not the usual 30% for platinum members. At breakfast, there was limited food and you could not have more than one controlled plate. If you wanted more you needed to pay. I asked for coffee and they were a bit rude by telling me you only get one cup of coffee. I told them I had no cups yet. There was no juice apart from a surgery mix of kale and other ingredients. There was no cereal except for béchamel muslie. If you had that, you couldn't have any other food. The staff looked down at you and were mainly limited english speaking service attendants. The front desk told you one thing and then did another thing. The main issue was they climed to be half Accor and what is in the Accor web site does not apply to their hotel.

In the room i was given, the fan in the bedrooom (or AC exhaust) was very noisy. Even if i switched off the AC it kept pushing air. It only stopped when i switched off the light for sleeping.
