Here’s a professional, pointed version that keeps the feedback factual and constructive: Guest Experience at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar As someone from the hospitality industry, I usually notice the finer details of a guest experience. During my recent stay at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar, a few observations were disappointing and fell short of the standards I associate with an Accor property: • Welcome Experience: No water or welcome drink was offered during check-in; the refreshments were kept at a distant corner rather than being proactively offered to the guest. • Room Linen: The bedsheet had a large visible hole, which is particularly concerning for a branded hotel and should ideally be identified during room inspection. • Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom floor felt slippery, and the tiles appeared insufficiently scrubbed. • Shower Maintenance: The shower head was leaking continuously, with cold water dripping throughout the shower, making the experience uncomfortable. • Bathroom Amenities: The shower area had shampoo and conditioner, but handwash pump bottle was provided instead of body wash, which is an important basic amenity discrepancy. • Corridor Safety: There was a noticeable gap of approximately ½–1 inch between the carpet and the hard flooring in the corridor. This creates a potential trip hazard and should be addressed promptly.

The location was excellent, directly facing Phoenix Palassio Mall, and the room was nice, cozy, and comfortable. Initially, I experienced a few service-related hiccups that I felt were unacceptable, especially for a first experience with the Accor group. However, after I raised the concerns, Front Office Manager Ashish Rana personally intervened and helped resolve the issues. Following that, the service improved considerably, and I had a pleasant overall stay.

The hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere throughout. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the food was good. The staff were exceptionally courteous, and the room service was prompt and attentive. One thing to note is that although the room is advertised as having a city view, the window currently faces buildings and ongoing construction directly in front, so there isn’t much of a view. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and really appreciated the calm environment and warm hospitality.

I visited the hotel for work. The room was unclean. The bed had ghutka stains and was so unhygienic. It was on the bed right where you keep you head. I also raised a complain but nothing happened, even raised complaint online with photo (Acknowledgment of receipt of your request / #25…) The washroom had bosywash which will not come out of the bottle and you cannot take the bottle out as it is fixed so you stuck in shower and end up having a bad time To top that up when I was getting in the hotel the security was so careless he broke my Stanley bottle and just said sorry, what if I had damaged hotel property by mistake wouldn't I be charged for that. This was the worst experience ever
