Dear Ms. Meike W., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. First of most, we apologize you for making you feel disappointed during stay.  We are particularly concerned to learn about the high-pitched noise from the windows, the drafts in the room, and the unpleasant odor from the toilet or drainage system. These issues do not reflect the standards we strive to provide, and we regret that they affected your comfort. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team for immediate investigation and corrective action.   We also understand your disappointment regarding the lack of alternative rooms being available during your stay. While room availability can occasionally be limited, we recognize how frustrating this can be for our guests and appreciate your understanding. Regarding the room configuration, we acknowledge your comments concerning the sleeping arrangements for your child. We understand that other hotels during your trip were able to provide a separate bed at a lower rate, and we appreciate your perspective when comparing the value and amenities offered. We would also like to thank you for your positive remarks about our breakfast. We are delighted that you enjoyed the European-style selection. At the same time, we appreciate your suggestion for a wider range of simple Japanese breakfast options, and we will certainly take this into consideration as we continually review and improve our offerings. Next time you stay with us, if any problems come up, feel free to contact the front desk. We'll do our best to sort things out so that you have a comfortable stay. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas where we can improve. We sincerely regret that your overall experience did not fully meet your expectations and hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay in the future.   Warm regards.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location and the warm welcome from our team.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review of your stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our location near the Ginza shopping district and found it convenient to explore Tokyo on foot with easy access to multiple subway stations. It is also wonderful to know that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, our varied breakfast, and the friendliness of our reception team. We are especially pleased that the foot massager added an extra touch of comfort to your stay after a long day of walking — small details like this are important to us in making our guests feel relaxed and well cared for. Thank you once again for your kind comments. We truly hope to welcome you back for another pleasant stay in Ginza very soon. Kind regards, Front Office Team

Timon S. Freunde - Bestätigte Mitteilungen ALL

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our excellent Ginza location and found our newly furnished rooms and proximity to local dining to be a highlight of your visit. However, we sincerely apologize that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Regarding the tatami mats, we deeply regret that you were not notified of their removal prior to your arrival. This was a lapse in our communication during our renovation period, and we understand how disappointing it is to find your room differs from the one booked. We have shared this with our reservations team to ensure better coordination moving forward. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the mattress firmness and the breakfast ambiance. We understand that comfort is subjective, but your feedback is vital as we look for ways to improve our guest experience. Furthermore, we will review our online imagery to ensure our breakfast presentation accurately reflects the current selection. We value your patronage and hope you might give us another opportunity to provide you with a more seamless stay in the future. Kind regards, The Front Office Team

Gerne wieder!

Sehr geehrter Herr Doris W., Thank you for patronizing ibis Style Tokyo Ginza East and taking time out to share your experience. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the charges. As you mentioned, regarding the payment, it is processed again by the hotel after confirming the reservation that has been received. Therefore, please it may take several days from the reservation to the charge. Furthermore, we regret not to meet your expectations regarding the room size and breakfast for any inconvenience this may have caused. On the other hand, we are pleased to hear from preferable review other than above. For housekeeping, staff, bed, location and so on. We will continue to strive to improve our services to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay and sincerely hope that you will continue to favor our hotel and Accor Hotels in the future. It would be our great pleasure to welcome you again on your next visit. Mit freundlichen Grüßen. Reception ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza East
