Loved our stay. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Took full advantage of Lola for breakfast and Dahlia was also great. Only complaint was lack of drawers for putting clothing. But loved the sofa and table in the room.

Nice hotel. Stayed in the suite with my daughter. Central to Pike Market. Not too hard to park near the hotel. The hotel is nice, bed very comfortable, quiet in the room at night. Nice amenities.

Hotel accommodations were satisfactory but aside from Jacob, who was wonderful, very efficient & professional, staff was aloof at best and downright rude at worst. Mixup in room accommodations resulted in staff member Sandra speaking rudely and when I asked for her name she promptly hung up on me. Not an ideal way to speak to a customer. While hotel is well appreciated & centrally located, would not recommend based on interaction with Sandra. Aside from asking me if stay improved while I was checking out, management never addressed the interaction with Sandra nor bothered to reach out with an apology. Made to feel like our business & $$ were of no concern to management - message received and noted.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Ändra. The room was very comfortable and I slept really well. My main reason for staying here was meeting a friend to go shopping. It was easy to walk from the hotel to downtown shops and we enjoyed Pike Place Market. The hotel was right across the street from Dahlia Bakery which was a nice surprise. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. I will stay here next time I head to Seattle.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Clean. Excellent service. The only downside is that the water in the room is not complimentary and costs 10USD per bottle. There are water fountains in several floors but you need to bring your own water bottle. I have stayed here before and will stay here again (with a water bottle) as it is very convenient for my work

Well-appointed room, good wifi, plenty of power sockets in convenient places, comfortable bed. Shower decent but not exceptional. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location for walking around Seattle to all major tourist point.

The hotel is rated 4 star but the service is 3 star with no drinking water in the room and the most confusing light switches I have come across. It is extremely inconvenient to come from a long travel to only be told that we need to fill up water bottles in the lobby or fitness center. This is a 4 star Accor hotel, not holiday inn. As per the hotel, "city view" is seeing an eyesore of a building across the room or the other option is an alley. Location of hotel is good, walkable to the pike. Doormen were extremely courteous and friendly, the saving grace of the hotel.

Had another wonderful stay and continue to enjoy their very comfortable beds. When making this reservation, I made a specific request for a quiet room location. They read that request (something that is lacking at other hotels) and had a perfect room ready for us to check-into, even when we arrived earlier than check-in time. We will return!

The hotel is in a great location, a close walk to Pike Place, the waterfront, and more downtown shops and restaurants! The room was very clean and furnished nicely, with lots of space for the 2 of us. We also appreciated the convenient valet ($65 + tax/per day), the attendants had the best customer service! We only stayed for 2 nights so we didn't get to utilize the gym or eat at the restaurant downstairs, but would recommend a stay here and would stay again!

the HVAC is way too loud, leading to poor sleep. It's an old building, an old system. also, it's a boutique hotel but there were zero special touches. even a coffee cart with good coffee in the lobby in the mornings would go a long way. the nespresso machine in the room is not sufficient - you have to pay for the water. i'm not using tap water for my morning coffee. i did like the toiletries in the room.

We had a corner suite and stayed for a few days. The room had everything you would need, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great position. Good bakery across the road. Within walking distance to cafes, shopping and markets, about a 15 min walk down to the waterfront and attractions.

Surrounded by tasty restaurants and just a few minutes from Pike Place. Several coffee shops and delicious eats. Hotel feel was very comfortable and cosy with ample seating in the lobby to just hang out by the fireplace. Staff was super kind and courteous.

While the location is central, I can not get over charging over $400 a night for a room w/ a pocket door and an industrial toilet to highlight two things. I will not be returning or be recommending this hotel to people.

We stayed one night before an Alaska cruise, left the car, and then returned after the cruise for 2 more days in Seattle. It was easy to get to the ship, restaurants, and Pike's Market. The room was comfortable and spacious.
