Great room. Nearby restaurant. In hotel the bread was very hard at breakfast - almost impossible to eat, But a very good overnight stay.

A very clean, tidy and well presented place to stay. The facilities were just what was needed and the staff were lovely. Stephanie was especially helpful checking if we could take our dog to a restaurant and providing us with a discount voucher. The included breakfast was fantastic with a large choice of items, regularly replenished. Checking in and put was no problem and there was plenty of parking. There were a number of restaurants close enough to walk to, the town was the only thing that was a bit too far away.

We arrived Saturday late afternoon and were informed there was no hot water and it unfortunately couldn’t be fixed until the Monday. The management had sent an email early on the Saturday morning to pre-warn us and give us options but we were travelling and didn’t pick it up unfortunately. The two ladies we met at reception were amazing and told us the situation, gave us options and fully accommodated us. We decided to stay despite no hot water and were taken care of with a free drink at the bar and some Accor points. The situation was unavoidable and despite pressure the staff were under they were pleasant and professional and made us feel very welcome. Please pass on our thanks to the staff. We have stayed previously and they have made our stay really pleasant.
