Nous sommes en revanche désolés que certains équipements et services n’aient pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Nous comprenons notamment vos remarques concernant la piscine, l’absence temporaire de spa et de salle de sport, ainsi que les équipements en chambre. La fermeture de notre spa fait effectivement suite à l’incendie que nous avons subi, et nous travaillons afin de pouvoir retrouver au plus vite un niveau de prestations complet. Concernant le billet de tramway, nous souhaitons simplement préciser qu’il s’agit d’un cadeau offert gracieusement par l’hôtel à nos clients. Il est donc proposé selon les conditions définies par l’établissement et ne constitue pas une prestation incluse dans le tarif de la chambre. Nous sommes néanmoins désolés si ces modalités n’ont pas été suffisamment claires lors de votre séjour. Nous regrettons également la confusion rencontrée lors de la facturation de vos deux chambres et de leurs petits-déjeuners. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the restaurant and the organisation of certain services. Regarding the Spa, we would like to clarify that it has been closed since January 2026. This information is indicated on the various platforms on which our hotel is listed, and we also contact our guests directly after their reservation to inform them of this closure. We nevertheless regret that this may not have been sufficiently clear to you before your arrival. As for the swimming pool, it is indeed a smaller space on its own, but it was previously integrated with the Spa area, which provided our guests with a larger and more enjoyable wellness space. We understand that the current configuration may have affected your perception of this facility. Dear Sir or Madam, Lovely setting in a beautiful location. The check-in staff were wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was also a lovely addition and made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast, however, could have been better. The ‘hot’ offering was warm at best, with the scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon not hot enough and barely cooked. For such a lovely location, the lack of fresh fruit juices was also disappointing, with only a juice machine available. The rest of the breakfast offering was very good, particularly the selection of breads, meats and cheeses. The availability of EV charging in the car park was a refreshing change and a real bonus.
