I want to start by the best thing there which was the hospitality, I tried to remember the names but I can only recall Jacob, Saif, Hamad and Mujtaba but all of the staff were great. It was the best hospitality and service I've received. The hotel is great and gives a luxurious feeling not to forget the captivating smell inside of bukhoor and diffuser. The Island needs minimum two days to cover all the activities. The place is very private, the beach is clean and it looks great- very relaxing. Thank you so much to everyone.

Everything were amazing from arrival to departure we really like the place and planning to revisit for sure. Kind of disappointing, worte an email for the reservation telling them that we are celebrating our marriage anniversary, asking for some special arrangements to surprise my wife. I was expecting a small cake, flowers at the room or the love birds towel at least. Unfortunately, nothing special prepared for us. Other than that, everything were amazing.

We had a wonderful experience at Hawar Resort by Mantis as a family of three, including our two-year-old toddler. From booking to check-out, everything was smooth, and the staff were amazing—friendly, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The food was great, although the options were somewhat limited, especially at the buffet, while the prices were on the higher side. There were also a few small details that could be improved, including the low-power hair dryer, the toothpaste’s sticky/hard texture, and missing small tiles in the kids’ pool, which were uncomfortable underfoot and could potentially be a safety concern. I understand that things like paper-covered toothpaste and lower-power hair dryers may be part of the resort’s sustainability efforts, which I appreciate, but sustainability shouldn’t come at the expense of guest comfort. The kids club is beautifully designed, and the person in charge was always present and actively involved. However, I noticed that some of the toys are quite hard and can be hazardous for toddlers, as they may throw or hit each other with them. This actually happened in front of me with my toddler. Thankfully, there were no injuries, but it was painful and could potentially become a safety issue. Softer, toddler-friendly toys would be a great improvement. We also joined an art class with other guests at the teens club, which was great fun. We learned something new, and our little one happily enjoyed coloring during the class—definitely a memorable family experience. A special thank you to **Mr. Moosa Al Khuzaie** for his exceptional support; he really helped make the whole experience possible for us. Huge thanks as well to **Mr. El Mehdi** at the beach area, who went above and beyond to organize a small birthday celebration by the pool and create an unforgettable experience. Thanks also to the DJ and to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely do it again soon. Hopefully, these small points will be addressed in the future and make an already great resort experience even better!

Overall, the resort and the rooms are very beautiful. However, we experienced several issues regarding timing and service during our stay: 1. Check-in & Boat Schedule: Check-in is quite late, which limits the time we can enjoy the pool and beach. The boat departed at 3:00 PM, so we arrived around 3:30 PM. It would be much better if the boat operated earlier so guests don't lose precious time. 2. Room Service & Reception: Service was disappointing at times. Often when we called reception, no one answered. When they did respond, service was very slow, causing further delays. 3. Check-out & Luggage Delay: At check-out, our luggage was loaded onto a different boat that arrived late. Instead of letting us wait comfortably inside the reception, they asked us to wait in our cars. The car was extremely hot since it had been parked outside under the sun for a full day, and we had to sit inside it waiting for about 30 minutes for our luggage. Additionally, there were not enough staff members to assist with the luggage, forcing some guests to handle and load their own bags. We hope management addresses these operational delays and improves reception arrangements and staffing.

Staff were welcoming and super helpful, quick service, kids pools and kids club were amazing and enjoyable. Food was limited (lunch & dinner) as there waz only one restaurant in the island, price of water activities is too much, and sea water was very hot because of the weather.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming every single staff member was. This was honestly my first time staying at a resort where every employee I interacted with was so kind, cheerful, and attentive. It really made the whole experience feel extra special. I truly enjoyed every detail of my stay, from the beautiful resort and relaxing atmosphere to the amazing service and little touches throughout. Everything felt thoughtfully taken care of, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave! One small suggestion would be to consider adding a barrier or fence around the swimming area at the beach. Since the beach is open, fish can sometimes enter the swimming area, which may make some guests less comfortable while swimming. Having a barrier could help guests enjoy the water more comfortably while still maintaining the beauty of the beach. Overall, everything was wonderful and memorable. I had such a lovely time and I’m already looking forward to visiting again very soon! Highly recommended! ✨
