It was great that the hotel has a couple of washing machines and driers so that hospital clothes can be washed. All the staff were very friendly, and understanding about the uncertainty about how many nights might be needed. Car parking was very accessible and not far to walk to one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was also nice, particularly the buffet breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room and breakfast buffet were good. Unfortunately my sleep was interrupted in the middle of the second night when suddenly the TV turned on. The white welcome TV screen emitted a lot of light and it was accompanied by some noise. I turned it off but for the rest of my night I hardly got any sleep. I wasn't able to do my activities as planned the next day and even ended up travelling home earlier.

Easy check in, paid parking fair price. Friendly helpful staff. Did book a triple room, specifying 3 single beds, was allocated a room with one double and a single. Made for an awkward night with 2 people sharing a bed, but not worth trying to change at the time.

The hotel was recomended by Macquarie University, being located across the road. With check out at 10, and appointment at 10.30 it coudlnt have been more convenient.

I had the best experience having to change how many nights I stayed not once but twice because of my hubbys operation and it was done without any problem at all. I also received a beautiful present as guest of the day which was so nice. I can’t recommend the hosts Jermie @ Sam Amy more highly.
