It was incredible. The staff were always very attentive, welcoming and polite. They would always go above and beyond. The on site beach and pools were beautiful. Location of the hotel was perfect in relation to Yalıkavak Marina, 5mins taxi ride which made evening trips very easy. Cleanliness was also 10/10.

My room was very noisy. There was a pipe or some sort of installation in the wood paneled wall near the bathroom that was humming all night. All noise from rooms around me and the hallway was also clearly audible from my room. I missed a full length mirror in the room. As I was working most of the day I looked forward for a swim in the evening but both outdoor and indoor pools close early at 7 and 8 pm which was disappointing. The service staff was nice but they usually congregated around the bar area and no one asked if I would like a drink or I need anything at all, while I was on a pool lounge. I also found a bit frustrating the fact that the doors around the elevators and other venues would randomly close, obscuring the access to venue and the elevators. On the first day there, while still orientating myself around the property, I found this extremely frustrating. Lastly, the "art" choices are a bit questionable and the quantity an overkill, and I know that this is subjective, but to me some of the pieces were downright creepy. The location is beautiful otherwise and the staff is kind.

- The room was assigned to me was unsatisfied as the cabinet couldn’t be open because of the small spaces , the next day the room has bean changed after a tough negotiation and a waist of time
- Food need to be enhanced specially the fired food such a shrimp and checkin and fries (beach restaurant)
- the option in the breakfast is not the best and the bread is hard and un-Fresh.
As a high standard hotel these small details need to be enhanced for the future recommendation
Overall I left satisfied but not as what I expected.

My room was very noisy. There was a pipe or some sort of installation in the wood paneled wall near the bathroom that was humming all night. All noise from rooms around me and the hallway was also clearly audible from my room. I missed a full length mirror in the room. As I was working most of the day I looked forward for a swim in the evening but both outdoor and indoor pools close early at 7 and 8 pm which was disappointing. The service staff was nice but they usually congregated around the bar area and no one asked if I would like a drink or I need anything at all, while I was on a pool lounge. I also found a bit frustrating the fact that the doors around the elevators and other venues would randomly close, obscuring the access to venue and the elevators. On the first day there, while still orientating myself around the property, I found this extremely frustrating. Lastly, the "art" choices are a bit questionable and the quantity an overkill, and I know that this is subjective, but to me some of the pieces were downright creepy. The location is beautiful otherwise and the staff is kind.

- The room was assigned to me was unsatisfied as the cabinet couldn’t be open because of the small spaces , the next day the room has bean changed after a tough negotiation and a waist of time
- Food need to be enhanced specially the fired food such a shrimp and checkin and fries (beach restaurant)
- the option in the breakfast is not the best and the bread is hard and un-Fresh.
As a high standard hotel these small details need to be enhanced for the future recommendation

Honestly everything was wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious, the menemen especially. I also really loved the coffee! The beach and dock were very clean, the staff were all so alert, kind, and helpful. The beach bar was full of delicious lunches and drinks, the sunset mule was my favorite. The only thing that was a little underwhelming were the rooms. The bathrooms were cramped and really lacked counter space. Also the shower doesn’t have a door and every time I showered water would go all over. But overall I lovedddd this hotel and all of the art! My eyes were never tired and every day I found something new that I loved.

Overall, our stay was okay, but we were disappointed considering the hotel’s 5-star rating and price.
For a 5-star property, it lacks some of the luxury touches and standards you would normally expect, making it feel overpriced for the experience offered.
The biggest downside is the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear noise from the corridors, neighboring rooms, and the floor above. Our room was located below the restaurant (Level 3), so the noise affected our sleep.
The restaurant can also be quite noisy. The sound of cutlery being handled by the staff while setting up and clearing tables is very noticeable, and there are often strong cooking smells in the dining area.
The breakfast buffet is average. Both the quality of some products and the variety could be improved to better match the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.
On the positive side, the hotel is clean, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The only exception was the check-in experience, which was less smooth, because it was handled by a new member of the team.
We also appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake surprise, which was a nice gesture.
Finally, the sea view is beautiful and is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points.
