Had an amazing time staying here! The hotel itself is modern and very comfortable, but what really blew me away was the hospitality. I had preferred plastic water bottles during my stay, and even though hotels are moving away from them, the staff went the extra mile to honour my request and provided them without any hesitation. We appreciated the very responsive and friendly help of the staff. Garima and others at front desk were very efficient and pleasant. Ritu, Mridul, Pushkar and others in the dining room worked hard despite croissants that were large - and sometimes customers that were demanding and not very kind! In general, we felt that someone was always working on something- cleaning, killing any mosquitoe that got in (yay!), etc. It was an easy, pleasant stay, and I would recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Chandigarh. The hotel has a great ambience, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the quality of service and attention to detail. Everything was well managed, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a great experience at Novotel Chandigarh. Highly recommended! Would definitely love to stay here again.
