Enjoyed a great stay at 21c Louisville. At check in, Vance at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner and breakfast at Full Proof restaurant during our stay. I came for a one-night stay to attend a family event. I’ve found that some hotels treat one-night guests like second class citizens. That didn’t happen at 21C. Excellent service, truly friendly staff, great food, great room. The check-in staff were welcoming and the bar staff…incredible. Helped me get oriented, encouraged me to enjoy the galleries with a glass of wine, choose from the menu, etc. As an older woman traveling alone, these things really matter.

I came in town with SHEOO. When I arrived in the evening the computers were down but the lady and gentleman work the front desk were really helpful with ensuring that I was checked into my room as quickly as possible. I fell in love with my room - it was beautiful. The breakfast served for conference attendees was pretty decent. I also want to shout out Mike who left a note on my car. Apparently, my tailgate didn't close when I arrived. So, when I was prepared to leave 2 days later, I found his noted sharing my umbrella was in the way, and he closed it for me. I really appreciate that!!

Overall it was great -staff were helpful, rooms were nice and clean. The only feedback I would give is that I had a dessert delivered to my room while I was away (from the hotel as a hospitality perk for our org's staff that were working the event). While that was a kind gesture, the dessert was left outside my room on the floor, not in my room. Because it was on the floor and had been for some time both for reasons of sanitation and personal safety (I'm a solo traveling woman so eating food and drink that has been left out unattended doesn't feel like the safest play), I was unable to enjoy it. Next time, staff should try to leave it in the room or keep it at the front desk for pick up, as floor cake isn't really appealing.

Centered on Whiskey Row and on the corner of a one way road that isnt heavily traveled. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with shower water temps the first night and when we asked the hotel quickly moved us into a new room. Our floor was quiet so no disturbances over the weekend!

We were in town for a long weekend and wanted to decompress with a massage. I called ahead to book it and was greeted by someone who had to put me on hold a few times then asked to call me back which he never did. I sent an email through the hyperlink on the site only to have it bounce back to me. I tried calling once more without success. We ended up at Woodhouse spa which was lovely. I did try once more to call from our room with no connection so I dropped it. When we arrived there was no instructions on how to access the wifi. We never found it in the room and when I called the front desk there was no answer. We arrived late so popped over to the restaurant. It was just ok and had a very limited menu. Our chase status awarded us free breakfast. Nice perk! The only problem was a serious lack of choices from the kitchen. No problem for one night but by the 3rd day we went elsewhere. The valet was no where to be found until he walked up the street with his dog. Nice guy, cute dog, but just standing there for 10 min was weird. The desk clerk was unaware of how to contact him. All of these issues are certainly 1st world problems, however I would have expected more from a hotel claiming to have 5 stars and be an "edit" hotel. The art was fun and whimsy. Location was good for whiskey row.

Had a great stay, with our family. Rooms are spacious, modern, and nicely decorated, and clean. Our room looked out over a courtyard type area, and the red light came through the curtains no matter what I did. Disliked that. Did not appreciate the art as others might. Much of it is distasteful for young kids. Other than that, staff was exceptionally helpful and we slept well.

Was given a $50 credit and told we could use it in tue gift shop. We told the person at the counter that we would like to use the credit at the time of payment and we were still charged. No reply to our email inquiries requesting resolution.
