We were not given a double room, so had to be moved. The room was dark and gloomy. Breakfast was not good.

A member of staff entered our room during breakfast despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, searched through our belongings and took money from our wallet. The money was later found under the bed. We reported the incident to reception, which launched an investigation. To date, we have received neither an explanation nor an apology from hotel management, despite our follow-up emails.

Comfortable stay, location not ideal for us. Beds very comfy and breakfast okay. Facilities like water and coffee making in the room was very nice. The staff were friendly and efficient, great taverna recommendation. Overall did not have a 4 star feel though.

Booked twin room, got given an accessible room without being told at check-in - dissapointing and unproffesional. Then walked in, tried giving it a chance but the bathroom door didnt close let alone lock. As i was staying with a friend this made it very uncomfortable. Tried to go down to request another room, informed reception of the problem and they didnt believe me and got the hotels barista to come up with me. Once confirmed, it was all sorted and we got moved to a double bed room instead of a twin room. Breakfast was good though!

I have good experience with the hotel. The staff is very friendly but unfortunately the water complimentary provided by the hotel is way too small. It’s like 2x300ml… I bet the hotel can do better than that

The location of the hotel isamazing. It is close the metro station. The hotel staff is also very nice. They are helpful and smiling all the time. The breakfast is delicious, they are offering different traditional foods everyday. The only negative thing is that there is no air conditioning in the bathroom and it stinks if you do not close the door.
