Couldn’t check in until 230. Aircond not great didn’t cool down, plus rusted and leaking all over the balcony and chair. Room didn’t get cleaned either (during our stay) Pool is amazing! And the bar staff were excellent.

Was selective when booking room as I had a partner with limited mobility and we wanted good access and a nice view of pool. Staff really helped here and gave us a perfect location .staff were always helpful during our stay. Reception lounge area and lagoon pool had a beautiful ambiance. Only suggestions to make were minor: room 6120 badly needed the floor to be resurfaced. Would also suggest that kitchen needs a larger set of crockery and cutlery to allow guests to use dishwasher. Was surprised that king bed had a very old queen sized mattress protector that rolled up under the sheets as straps had long perished. We stayed a week with only 2 towels. Suggest this be 4 . Otherwise loved our stay. Having row of restaurants across the road was wonderfully convenient and I booked a bike for coastal ride which was very convenient also. Having the Spa facility to book massages etc was really great . We used this service . Thank you

Needs to have more signs guiding guests to where they need to go:- First, there was not one word on or near approach to reception - there needs to be a large-letter sign above glass doors saying RECEPTION. And also a sandwich board with same, closer to the road approaching the long path to the reception area. After driving down the ramp to the carparking area we had the same problem - where to go from there, & and also a brief sign about how to operate the metal grate roller doors in internal parking area. We had travelled a long way to get to Kingscliff for a wedding & was totally unfamiliar with the area.

Booked and paid for a 1bedroom spa room with plunge pool, only catch was that you couldn't even go out the back sliding door due to heavy construction underway. At no point during the booking or at checkin did anyone advise of the construction work underway at the hotel. I have sent of several request to the hotel for some feed back, zero response to date.

Pool was freezing so was unable to enjoy a swim at your lovely resort on a warm day. This made the stay less enjoyable as we love being able to use a pool when we stay in a resort. Maybe look at heating your pool for the best experience for guests.

No block out blinds, toilet tank barely flushed away, technology old and dated, the 2 singles as a king bed, shower head style. It may as well have been a ibis airport as it was not a Peppers level room even for a hotel. Please look at my stay history at this property. Loyalty and location only goes so far and this one is worn out til refurbishment. It may be investment owned but it's Accor reputation and it wearing thin

Loved the plunge pool. Have stayed many times and there is pretty much always a key facility that is not available each stay. It would be nice to stay with the whole facility functioning. Seasons restaurant meals were hit and miss and not peppers standard though the paella was enjoyable.

Private, relaxing, and gorgeous resort stay with amazing customer service. Everything you need is a 3-5min walk away - restaurants, spa, beach, mini mart. There are two pools, one heated and one not heated (bigger lagoon style one). There is a poolside bar at the bigger pool. Both pools have small hot bubbling spas. The breakfast buffet was incredible and highly recommended. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The 24 hour reception is so helpful. Just such a gorgeous stay! We will definitely be back!

Room not ready on arrival. Leaking gutter room 3008/9 so patio and all furniture wet and couldn’t enjoy area as much as we wanted. Maintenance said fixed but it wasn’t. Pool bar only opened at 12. No refreshments and was told to go to salt village outside the hotel when we wanted to enjoy pool. Bar staff accepted complimentary drink voucher for a mocktail one day and then the next day said no. They needed to ask who I think was a manager fixing the slushie machine beside her and he reluctantly said Thats ok. Inconsistency. Poor attitude. The whole of staff need to be reminded of the definition of the word Hospitality. Pool towels too small. Pool is beautiful and deck chairs were great. Breakfast very nice. Parking easy. Housekeeping vet efficient and good at their job once we settled into the room. Without the pool and well appointed room, it scores below average and somewhat sterile. Having managed large hospitality venues my review comes with some experience behind it. I genuinely wanted to try and give you more good feedback. Place lacks warmth and feeling welcome.
