The woman at the check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was fine but the TV came up with a message about an update being available and it covered a third of the screen. We could not work out how to remove the message with the remote and tried calling reception but nobody answered! The buffet breakfast was plentiful but the hot food was only warm.

We loved our stat at Aanuka in a great sized Bure. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds with everything you need at hand- restaurants, bars, pool,beach and outdoor activities. Comfy bed with plenty of extra blankets. Quiet and peaceful Inside the Bure was a little dated and showed signs of wear and tear- but this did not effect our stay at all.

Great location, good food, and plenty of convenience! I stayed for one night and really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming at check-in, which made for a great first impression. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, and the onsite restaurants offered good quality meals. I also attended a business event in one of the function rooms and was impressed by the catering and presentation of the nibbles provided. The resort can be a bit of a maze and as a first-time visitor, I got lost a couple of times trying to find my way around haha! That said, it didn't take away from the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with friendly staff, great food, and a beautiful setting - I'd definitely return.

Although it was spacious, the 3 bed villa was very dated and in need of updating. Insect issue in bathroom. No air conditioning in living area. It was right at the back of the resort, far away from resort facilities and beach. My sister also rented a 3 bed villa and hers was lovely and modern and close to facilities. I guess it’s just the luck of the draw.

Great upgraded room with powerful spa bath and rainwater shower head. Full amenities in room including microwave, stove, washing machine. No discounts in restaurant for Accor members. Walked into restaurant at 6:45am weekday asked for a coffee and told to come back in 15 mins though everything was set up.

No wifi details provided on arrival. I tried using the phone in the room to check with reception for wifi details but the phone wasn't working even though it was connected. On the morning of check out the lights went out from around 7am till I checked out. Very average stay and service.

The location and setting for the resort is beautiful. We were there with family for a wedding and it was lovely to be able to have everyone together in one location. However the 3 bed apartment we stayed in was disappointing. On arrival the master bedroom had bad smell, the ensuite had no toilet paper and there was an empty beer can in the cupboard under the sink. Overall the rooms were rundown and grubby. We discussed the ensuite with one of the staff and she just shrugged and gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper.
